Just clarifying - has there been a (separate) second incident of child abuse/endangerment (not benefit fraud) reported, or this malicious report of benefit fraud the second incident and you have reported it to the police?
If this isn't you reporting the malicious accusations, please consider Tiddlywinks and *Robin*'s excellent advice.
Write a brief timeline of the provable incidents (with any independent witnesses who can be contacted for confirmation) and make a formal complaint against this individual.
EG.[Date]: False complaint made to school at [school address] - Witnesses names: [Head teacher and mediation service]. Supporting evidence:[school/mediation report or copies of letter from the school] Logged as: Police reference No:12345
[Date]: False accusation of assault reported to police to have taken place at [school address] - Witnesses names: [Head teacher and investigating officer]. Supporting evidence: [incident report/ school report] Logged as: Police reference No:67890
[Date]: False accusation of assault reported to police to have taken place at [shop name] - Witnesses names: [Store manager and investigating officer]. Supporting evidence: [incident report/store's account] Logged as: Police reference No: ABCDE
[Date]: False accusations of criminal activity reported to employer at [work address] - Witnesses names: [Father's employer and business HR department]. Supporting evidence: [employer's account] Logged as: Police reference No:FGHIJ
Whatever's happening, it will get better.
But you do really need to think about stopping the softly softly approach and say enough is enough.
One final piece of advice - Cake is good.
For you, for DD and OH, but also offering a cuppa and a biscuit/slice of cake to any visiting officer is rarely accepted but always welcome.:AThat sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.

Mimi - this woman has to be stopped. This is getting serious now. I hope the police are now taking this as harassment and will use the new legislation to put an end to her little games.
I worry about her children too - they must know what is going on and gawd help us if yet another generation think that you make malicious accusations against innocent people simply because you don't like them!

I'm not sure whether to be happy, or annoyed but.... I've been reported for Benefit fraud now (Another lie - I've just printed off all the paperwork to send to HMRC to prove this - I get WTC/CTC until September when my youngest starts "Gov funded full time school")
BUT
This is now a second incident and the police are coming to take a statement !!!!!!
It's really not just the second incident as so much has happened previously.
When you see the police please remind them that this is one incident in a course of conduct and needs to be investigated as such. If you have any crime numbers from the previous incidents, let the officers know. They need to start pulling them together with criminal prosecution in mind.
"Wasting police time" won't help you with any type of restraining order and is rarely prosecuted because it takes so long to evidence the offence - every action has to be documented and timed so it's generally only used when a major investigation has taken place.Grocery challenge 2017 January £158.74/£200
