So they are under no obligation to have time stamps on the images??

I will definitely be forwarding both sets of photographs onto trading standards. They are lying. The photographs on the site for the debt collectors are in a different order so there wasn't a situation where the ticket was applied and then removed (as the timed photographs seem to suggest), they just put any old time on them apparently not thinking to make sure they looked authentic.

NO the photos are not a "different set" , you have reason to believe that the company have altered or modified the original photos that were taken in the attempt to fraudulently obtain money from you

Yes Pappa Golf, you are correct in that statement, I didn't quite find the right wording there :)

Do I mention I have sight of the original time stamp absent images or keep quiet about it for now?

I don't want them to take them down although I have downloaded each of them and taken screen grabs of them on their site.

I would keep quiet and see if they supply time-stamped versions (which might differ!).

The time stamped images are on the original PCN payment page.

Yep but the debt recovery firm don't know that...but TBH it is a waste of time to contact such firms.

I'm still going through my paperwork (not solidly obviously!) and was sure they had sent a notice to keeper.

But none of the letters are titled as 'notice to keeper'. Does it have to be obvious or does their first correspondence count as a notice to the keeper?

Their first correspondence was 20 days after the event and was their rejection of the appeal.

I figure if I mentioned there was no NTK then they could say that they sent one, knock it up and produce a 'copy'. Am I over thinking this?

Shall I just upload all the paperwork I have? I'm tying myself in knots trying to work out what position to take with them as I'd like to finally get this over with. BORED NOW.

If you have not had anything other than responses to your original appeal, then I think you have not received an NTK, hence my question.
Sending an appeal to a windscreen ticket often confuses the scammers and makes them forget to send a NTK at all, making it non complaint once you are past day 56.

As for the allegedly doctored images, you need to either do screen grabs or take dare stamped photos of the PC screen whilst the images are still accessible. If you can't date stamp your own photos you can put a contemporary newspaper showing date and banner headline in the shot.
