Which solicitor doesn't sign a letter?
That's normal if you mean they have just signed with the firm's name.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

There is no one named on the letter to reply to, the signature (photo copied) gives nothing away and no name appears anywhere.
I would have expected at least someone to be named *somewhere* on the letter so that you'd be able to correspond with them.0

they do not want you to reply to them , they just want you to ring or contact the payment line and pay up .Save a Rachael

Yes, this is my point. A legit operation would have someone you could correspond with.
I'd really love to know what the EXIF data on those photos would show. How dare they be clever enough to wipe it but not clever enough to realise that it's no humanly possibly for them to have taken the photos they took in such a short space of time.0

            receptionist just rung
 1: for immigration
 2: for litigation
3: for housing (benefits I think she said?)
all 3 numbers went to answerphone , no one available
if you do write to them , (which is not recommended)
 the questions should be
the full name , address , contact (both telephone and email) of parking charge collections and a link to their working website , before you could consider looking into the claimSave a Rachael

When I went on the website and noted the number that they use I wondered if the one supplied on the letter was a redirect virtual receptionist situation but to be honest I'm over spending the extra time on letters etc. I really don't see how they think they would legitimacy win if they decided to go to court so for now I'll just leave it but I am tempted to report the harassment as I did request they cease.0
