I did already do brief CH searches on those involved and have read into the copious threads pertaining to UCS and solution labs. Did not think to delve into this 'solicitor' as yet because the letter looks like it's of such poor quality that I almost couldn't believe it. Which solicitor doesn't sign a letter?? It's a photocopy squiggle and gives no printed name.0

you said Parking Charge Collections Ltd., was that correct or did you mean parking collection services , if the first , please give full address

There is no address for PCC (Parking Charge Collections Ltd), the only deets they give is for PCN Parking Solutions, PO BOX 5419, Hove, BN52 9AN.
Funny that UCS are also in Hove...0 -
a general office used by scum to process tickets for all of the lowlife , in actual fact you did not appeal to the Parking Co , you delt with a "computer says no" company https://www.google.co.uk/search?sourceid=navclient&aq=hts&oq=&hl=en-GB&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1T4GGHP_en-GBGB685GB685&q=PO+BOX+5419%2C+Hove%2C+BN52+9AN.&gws_rd=ssl

Letter states Parking Charge Collections Ltd as their client/creditor.
The header and file info down the side of the letter are in an IDENTICAL format on both the 'solicitor' letter and one of the UCS letters.
e.g. SOL102_xxxxxx_xxxx_Machine\xxx\xxx\1of2 what are the chances that they both use the same file storage system?0 -
there is no chance , they are buying letterheads
sit tight now that they have got a one man band on hand , ONLY bother if the next letter is from Parking Charge Collections Ltd or that solicitor and its clearly marked LETTER BEFORE ACTION , or one of emm issues court papersSave a Rachael

Ok, will do but what I'm really interested to know is...I didn't pay this because of the photos and because of the signage being totally absent on the approach. I just didn't know that it was a P&D. The charge is 25p. I would definitely have paid 25p as it's now cost more than that in postage to these idiots.
I'm sure there is something very wrong with these photos. If they're pulling a fast one, do they seriously think going to court is the right course of action?
And what about the absence of the NTK and that they have named my hubbie as the driver despite this never being stated? At no point has anything been issued to the keeper. The ticket on the car was for the driver and subsequent letters addressed to husband because they got the info from the appeal.0 -

looks like the new kid on the block might be using a lot of train money
