    Morning all
Hope everyone is well and has a good Friday.
Hugs good wishes sticks spoons and posi vibes where needed
Pigpen hope you feel a lot better today.
I've hung the sting out trouble is Dh loaded the machine and set it going last night, I'd sorted a load of blacks and thrown them downstairs with some stuff that needed to go in the recycling bags. I must have missed a cardboard toilet roll tube and Dh out it in the wm so everything is covered in dusty residue.GRRR I've got a lint roller so once it's dry I'll have to use that on all of it.
Garden is all watered as it looks like being a really nice day, and I've banked my potato tubs up with more straw as they have had a growth spurt.
Got a bit of catching up to do on the fly lists and some jobs planned for the week but weather is looking good so hoping to make the most of it.

    Morning all

Hugs, sticks, spoons & vibes to all.

I had a little lie in this morning until 7.10 but I think that has something to do with being awake until gone 1am. Came down, took the curtains in the livingroom down and discovered the sticky hooks holding up the net/bar are coming away so I'm going to have to replace those and put some extra ones up to distribute the weight more evenly. The curtains are nearly finished in the WM so I'll grab my ones next. ;)

DD has again announced that she needs new school shoes. I knew this, I was waiting to be paid and told her that  But despite being a huge tom boy she now prefers the girlier ones from the shop rather than d0c mart3ns I usually order online so I was straight on the phone texting ex to see if he'll take her tomorrow (he will so thats £6 bus fare saved and gives them something to do before they go the cinema ;)) and I'm going to ring the store & reserve them as there's only 2 pair in stock in her size and I don't want to go entering ex's info or DD's info if they then want card information on the online reservation form. Its the small victories in this house some days :rotfl::rotfl:

Todays plan is to fly, and work. Flying is more important due to the dog hair/dust, and the work I need to do can be done in front of the TV ;) I need to bathe and redress Zacks foot. Its looking better than yesterday but he loves running through the flower beds and I don't want the skin flap to pop open or get muck under it. DD let him out this morning as usual so he's got a mucky paw already hence the batheing it. :(

DW on ... why does it take OH half an hour when I just emptied and refilled it in 3 minutes?? It's not even full of pans it is all the plates and beakers..

    Recycling and rubbish out..

Just waiting for the DW to finish then having cereal.. all my bowls are in there.. will scoff that while my leg drugs kick in and then I am scrubbing the front door and the walls and woodwork in the hallway...

I'm shoving OH in the shed to explore paint later.. I next the cream and the brown and the red for now.. :) .. and the wire brush and the sander...

I've lost the plot havent I?

Narc0, the fairies are twittering in the ash tree outside my window :)

Mine seem to have disappeared. For about a month, there were 2 visiting once or twice each day. I'm just hoping they have a nest somewhere but they still need to eat! I got some special and expensive (but on offer) suet/insect food designed for birds feeding chicks, even had a picture of fairies on the pack - but so far the starlings have had lots then yesterday a huge magpie. I wonder where they have gone.

Had a quick flick round, but mainly trying to ignore the nice weather and get another report under way. I have 4 to finish, and as I've got 3 private assessments to do next week I really want to get these out of the way.

Physio at 12 then lunch with a friend at the garden centre. Then out again this eve for another friend's bday. MFP is cringing already.

Lots of flinging this weekend as it is the scout village garage sale, so we've sorted out loads of [STRIKE]dross[/STRIKE]desirable bargains so fingers crossed it will go. I need to have a blitz in my office, as one of the mums of next week's students has asked if there is anywhere she can work with wi fi while I'm seeing her son. Probably a H&S hazard for anyone except me to negotiate the obstacles in the room.

Got church flowers to do tomorrow as well.

Good to see you posting CY
    Have a great cruise LW

    Quick update:

[STRIKE]- give DH the go-ahead to book overnight stay next week so that we can visit friends up north[/STRIKE] - we spent an hour checking NT opening times and changing our minds about where to go, but it's booked now
[STRIKE]- check finances and register for BS internet banking for new Flexi-ISA, as I'm using it as a normal in/out account with more interest than the bank would pay me[/STRIKE] - took a while because I couldn't find one piece of information but is now sorted
[STRIKE]- more filing of paperwork that has piled up on the spare bed - where does it all come from?
    - put away aired washing from yesterday
    - S&S bathroom
    - S&S kitchen
    - WMx2 [/STRIKE]- not on the original plan :o
    [STRIKE]- dust LR[/STRIKE]
    - main job for today is lots more reading
    - visit friend recovering from back op and...
    - ....on the way, call in at MrS Local to get bonus points :money:
    - put papers together for tomorrow's meeting
    - weed the rest of the drive
    - dig out some dandelions that have reappeared in the front garden
    - HHI this evening (no choir practice)
    - ring DS1 just to say hello

Now I must concentrate on reading until lunchtime...

    Second DW load done
Table and sides all clear now
    Sink bleached

Fruit/salad box delivered.. and eggs.. should feed everyone a few days!

Chucking chicken casserole in the SC for tonight I think.. I have veg left over from dinner yesterday and defrosted chook in the fridge and a few sad looking veggies I can hoik in.. I can't eat it but everyone else has no choice.

I need to wash my hair, but I know that will result in me wanting to repaint the bathroom haha... I asked DS1 to do it months ago and he hasn't so I shall just do it myself once I've sorted the hallway and middle room.. and kitchen.. and stairs and landing.

Pixie is asleep on the sofa so I can't really so anything much at the moment so I'll go boil eggs for Dots lunch and then start scrubbing walls and paintwork.

I paid a few bills.. I'm getting there slowly.. we haven't had any income for 5 months so a bit strapped for cash.. DS2 has not had a penny since January .. he can't get jobseekers because he isn't available for work as he is in FT education and he can't get income support because he doesn't live independantly.. !!!!!! they are expecting him to live on is anyones guess! Fresh air and wishes I think!

Just stopped to refuel. Been slowly pottering with a sulky dog under my feet. Dailies upstairs are done, my bedroom curtains are in the wash, washing hung out, bins brought round to the yarden (they were only emptied on Monday :o) and downstairs dailies are done as well as other jobs as I came across them. I've just had some mystery orange/yellow food ickness soaking in cleaner as I couldn't get it off the top of the tumbledrier where the microwave lives. I think it might have been packet macaroni & cheese. If it was then DD has been hiding it under the bins since Monday instead of cleaning it up when she made the mess! I've also reserved the shoes for DD in her name (she is the only one with that surname so its easier ;)), and worked out how to order a sack of dog food without logging into the website so that should arrive Monday.

I'm just going to have a quick sort out of receipts and papers clogging the desk area, then I'm going to get on with the livingroom jobs while I watch some TV

Hello again. So I washed up, did 15 minutes on the rebounder. Had a bath, made the bed, hoovered through and walked the dogs. By that time the washload was ready to go on the line so I did that and then went out. Went to check on DD's house as she's on holiday and did some flying in the kitchen there as they had just left their dirty breakfast dishes on the side.
Perused around the shops in her market town, got some jeans in a charity shop, and then drove across the Wolds to a pub for a sandwich lunch.

I'm back now, doggies were only on their own for 4 hours, about the max I'll leave them these days. Washing is now in and I'm going to sit out in the sunshine with a newspaper before walking the dogs again.

    Catch you all later.
Spend less now, work less later.
