So weird where we are, 2 bed flats are anything from £350 - £550k. I would hate to be a buyer nearly as much as a seller. Something is only worth what someone will pay for it and this market is very difficult to know a) where you sit in that price band as a seller and b) what value you're getting as a buyer!

We're towards the lower end so hopefully that is right. EA just talk pish all the time so went with our gut.

Here's hoping 2017 will be our year, 2016 definitely wasn't.. I blame David Bowie dying.

Still no word from the promising couple, but they did have other houses to see, so maybe that's in line with expectations.

3 more viewings booked in for this week which is good. We do seem to be getting a reasonable number of people through the doors.

And the house that we like is still on the market, where it will hopefully stay until ours sells!!

Just popped back in for updates, and a couple of posters not selling houses seem to be very keen on this thread... Wasn't quite what I had in mind when I started it!

Glad things are still happening for people, smallholding, hows the builder situation?

we took ours down about 2 weeks before xmas to do some freshening up and redecorating, had new photos done last Saturday and it appeared online on Tuesday night.

I have noticed on zoopla that it shows as a new listing, but on rightmove it shows the original date it went up (sept), so it doesn't appear if you search the area for properties added in the past 3 days?

I'm not hopefully that we will sell anytime soon. I think its an ideal FTB, and its in really good condition but I'm not keeping my hopes up. EA said people in our area are struggling to sell at the mo
