    So all this time you've been saying he didn't know he had to report this that and the other, it was really you then, because if you really are his appointee it was your responsibility to do that.

    Hi, IMO i think most letters have confusing words (meaning ), this is to get you to phone them to ask questions about the letter ?

    No its not. You think DWP want to increase the call traffic they receive? The reason the wording can be confusing is because they are required to use wording that comes from the original point of law relating to the words.

    It sounds to me as if this person should have an appointee, whether that be a family member or a court appointed one is regardless, its not DWPs role to check this is in place or required.
