You know, there's this woman who really annoys me because she always posts on my running group's facebook page with all the good intentions she has, and asking for advice and so on, but I've never actually seen her in real life because she never actually enters races or comes to training.
It's occurred to me that that's what I'm like on this thread and with SW in general. I'm so fed up of gaining and losing the same 5lbs, and of being so unhappy with my body, yet seemingly unable to stop eating carp. Every little thing that goes wrong, every tiny bit of stress or busyness makes me run to the chocolate aisle of Tesco and go mad.
I've had two weekends away on the trot and haven't been able to claw myself back in between or since. I'm dreading getting on the scales in the morning as I know it'll be a gain again and the fact is I've been following SW for almost a year now and in reality have only lost about nine pounds.
I'm going on holiday in 16 weeks and even that isn't enough to moitivate me at the moment, though I know when the time comes I'll be kicking myself that I didn't act sooner. Uuuugh - help me find my mojo please??Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -

Tete en l'Air - I would try the for and against like already suggested, but have you tried filling in an SAS log? Have never done one myself but it's supposed to really help.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £24,616.090

To the person who made the coconut macaroons, which recipe did you use? I've just looked at the SW website and the recipe there says you need a piping bag, but I don't have one. Can you do without?Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £24,616.090
