:T debjay. Shame you didn't get your shiny but it'll come after the holiday.

No idea why not but no tasters in our group today. Mine starts at 9.00 a.m. so I never feel like eating much especially sweet stuff as I always have a light breakfast before I go. Why not make a crustless quiche/frittata with breakfast type ingredients like bacon eggs and fired potatoes abbafan? You could cut it into small wedges or squares?

I had a STS. A bit disappointed as I always hope for a loss and I'd been quite good this week (except for sausage sandwich and chips:o). I think it was probably one of those weeks where I'd have had a decent loss next week but I'll never know as I'll be on holiday!:j Main reason for going to WI was to leave myself as long as possible to lose holiday gain. I'm still in target range (2 lbs to spare) so shouldn't be complaining.

Will post menu later as not sure of lunch yet.

Thanks lantanna you've made me feel better. I think what you're doing is great too. I've heard of so many people who put it ALL back on. You said enough is enough long BEFORE you got to that place. Fingers crossed for tonight. :A
  • Hi all - my interwebs has been down this morning for some reason...sometimes BT suck!!

Still really warm and humid - my poor doggy is not enjoying it one bit...she's a big golden lab/retriever cross...she's lying on any cold tile she can.

    Food today is as such:
B: two boiled eggs, 2 clementines
L: chicken salad and a 0% greek yog and strawbs
D: gonna make a chilli - there will be loads of speed in it
HE a and b will be some ryvita with light philly and some strawbs on top (close your eyes and think of cheesecake lol)

We had tasters this morning - my coconut macaroons went down well, think I took about 70! Loads of people wanted the recipe! I think DH would have liked there to have been some left but he's had some over the last couple of days! Candyapple - I don't think I could make them and only have 2, in fact I didn't as I had 4 on Tuesday when I made them and 4 yesterday before packing the rest into a tin for group! But it's good to have another option for tasters in the future.

I had a gain of 1lb which I'm happy with after my holiday and long weekend away. Must have done enough damage limitation over the last 3 days, LOL! as it would definitely have been more than that if I hadn't.

    Today's plan:

    B - tasters - not sure of syns but I think about 6 or 7 (counting 7)
L - bacon, egg, mushrooms, fried potato
    D - HM chicken curry & rice

    HEA - milk
HEB - undecided and will only have something if I need it tonight. Didn't' have HEB yesterday so probably ought to have something, maybe some dried apricots rather than toast!

Aw wow - not deserved on my part but I will say thank you :) Always a good boost!

Not sure what today's result will be. I'm hoping 1lb.

Not eaten much today as it's been all hands on deck with the office move; we are finally finished so back on it.

    Breakfast: 2 hi fi light
snack: snack a jack jumbo salt and vinegar (2)
lunch: mugshot (1) and a pepsi max
tea: taster night at group :)

Well this is the first time I've sat down all day, I've been a busy bee today - blitzed the kitchen as it was a horrible mess, sorted out my kitchen cupboards (filled a bin bag full of things that had gone off - some of them over a year ago I'm such a hoarder :rotfl:) and sorted out my meat that was delivered today into separate freezer bags. I love eating meat but ugh I'd not make a good butcher I hate touching raw meat. Had to have plastic gloves on to sort through everything.

    Today's menu:

    B - an apple and 2 cuppas (wasn't hungry)
L - marmite on toast, satsuma & WW yoghurt
    T - Sausage with mash & veggies

Not worked out the syns for Live Lean sausages yet as they aren't on the app, will do that later. I've not done too well with speed today, or drinking water will have to do better the rest of the week!

Syns: 2 for BGTY sausages, gravy (2?) and a drizzle of salad dressing

Top Bloke didn't get a job he went for and Top Boy's team have now lost two semi finals in three days. They won the league and another final, but still...

    So

    B) Trimmed bacon, poached egg, heaps of mushrooms and tomatoes and 2 Asda hash browns (3)

    D) Ham and egg salad

    T) Spaghetti Bolognese and a to be decided quantity and type of alcohol.

    I wish I wasn't an emotional eater and drinker, I'd be a size 6 :(

Hello all  3lbs off for me tonight :T:T dead happy with that. I'm now averaging a 1lb off a week which i'm ok with I guess ;) wouldn't we all like a bit more!

Got my 12 week diary so I've pledged to have 12 weeks on plan and see if I can lose a stone  stranger things have happened! I don't want to write naughty food in my diary so it may spur me on or I may just ignore the naughty stuff and pretend I haven't eaten it :rotfl:I'm jealous of Lush's special pen now though, I've only got a manky biro :(

OH won Man of the Year tonight, by default really as he's the only man in class :rotfl: but still he's lost 1.5 stone this time round and 7 stone in total so i'm proud.:D

Hope everyone's done well in their weigh ins tonight and some good losses since I last posted :T:T:T:T

Sorry you had a STS maman, but at least you have some leeway for your hols.. :D how long you away for?

    xx
