Good point Maman, didn't think of that!

Need to restock on my pickles and jalepenos, go through crazy amounts.
Same here. I've finished a jar of beetroot and almost the red cabbage since Friday. Which jalapeños do you buy?

Too right gfb It's certainly not a very good website. What's on there (syns or recipes) seems totally random.

I just get Asda's own ones, think they are a £1 a jar. I normally buy those, burger gherkin slices, a jar of mixed pickles and beetroot every other week!

    Well doneArkers:j

    Well done to SOTW's!:j

    Welcome Betty!

I was just reading the conversation about consultants when I got a text message from mine! A group text this time but I have received them on weeks when I've gained or I've made it clear that I'm struggling.

Handing in diaries isn't compulsory at my group but they do get looked at.

Skipped posting meals yesterday as my laptop charger went and I struggle to post on phone. New charged ordered with next day delivery so I'm back. What did we do before Amazon?!

    Menu today:

    B - overnight oats (heb)
L - LO chicken pasta bake (lots of speed in sauce!) (hea), yoghurt
    S - wotsits (4.5), milky way crispy rolls (6.5)
D - Chicken in yellow bean sauce (1.5), pak choi and rice
    E - strawberries, yoghurt, meringue (2.5)

    Hiya

Thanks for the chart Shala and well done to both SOTWs. :T

Congratulations Arkers, that's brilliant news. How much have you lost?

maman - that's bad news about your wifi. I hate being without easy access, I feel like I'm cut off from the world. Being without it makes you realise how much we rely on it for everything. Have you got friendly neighbours who would let you use theirs until yours is sorted?

    My menu for today:

B: poached egg on giant crumpet (9 syns)
L: ham, salad, wm roll (Heb), beetroot
D: spicy chicken and rice (onions and peppers for speed)

    LL:)
    Start BMI - 38.7 Current BMI - 31.2 Target BMI - 26.3

Congratulations to our SOTWs and to Arkers on reaching target. Now the hard work begins! I find it more difficult staying at target than I did reaching it nearly 6 years ago!

    Another on plan day today:

B - porridge made with water
L - ham salad - lettuce, cucumber, beetroot, spring onions, tomatoes. Had about 1/2 tsp of mustard but will ignore the syns for that as it'll be negligible
D - chicken & chorizo rice; fruit & quark for dessert.

    HEA - milk
    HEB - porridge

No syns planned but have some Alpen Lights in the cupboard or some chocolate if I fancy some this evening.

    Hi everyone

Sorry didn't get a chance to get back online last night but I'm pleased to say that 5.5lb of the 6.5lb gain last week has now gone thank goodness which takes me to 1.5lb below target which I'm fairly pleased about. Having another totally on-plan week this week in an attempt to get right to the bottom of target range - will it happen - who knows :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Well done to our joint SOTW :T:T and congratulations to Arkers on reaching target weight :T.

DS is coming for tea tonight so it's going to be SW spag bol.

Good luck lantanna with your inteview stuff. Hope all goes well for you.

Would certainly recommend to anyone who isn't happy with their SW consultant/group - try and find another if at all possible. It can make a world of difference .

Hope you all have a good week.

Just realised when I started cooking dinner that there will be a few syns from the chorizo, but no more than 3; so still plenty to spare if I want them.

Today went a bit to pot as I had a naff day, full of hayfever all morning and Top Boy's team lost their semi final :(

    B) Nothing

    D) A madras on the go big mug shot, almost a full punnet of strawberries, a banana, 2 alpen lights (HEXB)

    T) Tagliatelle in a meat sauce as planned

HEXA - cheese on tea, I think

BM - wandering around the place. I feel wiped out, to be honest. Could do serious damage to a glass of wine, but trying to resist.

    Tomorrow

    B) Egg and mushroom hash with plum tomatoes

    D) Either leftover tea, or a ham, boiled egg, cottage cheese and new potato salad

    T) Not sure yet. Maybe spicy fish stew.

BM - Hack at the garden for an hour or so after work

    HEXA - Milk in brews
HEXB - Ryvita minis, I reckon
