:T well done arkers and welcome to the target golden sofa!

    Any plans for maintaining?

Do keep us up to speed (pun intended;)) on how the new recipes go gfb. Are they on the website?

Nothing wrong with splitting your HEX like that lantanna. It's no different to using a HEA milk allowance through the day.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 fried eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: JP with cottage cheese, spring onions and pickles
D: sausage tray bake (red onions, courgettes, tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms) with new potatoes and green things (mange tout, asparagus, peas?)
Syns: 2 for BGTY sausages, squirt of HP sauce

We have internet problems starting sometime today. Having cancelled our existing providers to move to a cable package they called to say they can't do the job for 6-8 weeks and it's too late to 'uncancel' things. So only access will be on my phone using data minutes or wifi when I'm out and about.
