The sun has arrived here at last, well at least for today. I've not got anything special planned but it lifts my mood whatever I'm doing.:)
Good news about the voucher lois and sounds like business is brisk in the shop too.
Good idea to plan forward Alison, especially for taking lunches to work. IMO Speed and planning are the two keys to success with SW. Your own chilli will be able to be syn free but be aware that those in restaurants may have oil or other rogue ingredients in them so need to be aware of syns.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: not hungry yet but probably JP with cottage cheese and beetroot when I'm readyJO roast pork on carrots, celery and red onions with SW roasties, cauli and broccoli
Syns: squirt of syrup, gravy and weekend wine;).0 -

Thank you - I asked in the restaurant and they said they could do me a fat free bean chill - I put 5 syns down on my food diary just in case any oil was used in the chilli or salad bowl or any stock.
I think I'll have to plan ahead only way to cope at work but I'm use to taking my own foods being vegan - just won't be my soya cheese and biscuits or oat cakes and peanut butter now!
Got to go through my desk drawer tomorrow and remove any chocolate bars and cereal bars as don't want temptation - will take a pack of Alpen Jaffa cake orange bars as those happen to be vegan.Sealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.

Not a good day for me today, I couldn't resist fish and chips when DH decided that was what he wanted for lunch while we were out. The only good thing was I didn't eat all the chips and took off most of the batter.
Had weetabix for breakfast. Not sure what we'll be having for dinner but will have salad with whatever we have as very short on speed today.

OH was meant to be going to Camden Rocks TIE, he decided he didn't like any of the bands enough though so we went to watch Hairspray instead.. a bit of a different music type :rotfl: i'm sure your son will be fine, hopefully you've heard from him by now! xx
Topgirl don't take this the wrong way but how did that fit in your mouth? it must have been really tall - did you have to deconstruct it first? sounds nice though
We just had some water and chewing gum maman and watched everyone else around us eating icecreami'm not that bothered, its not something we would normally do anyway so no 'missing out'.. dread to think how much a little tub of icecream was!
The only good thing was I didn't eat all the chips and took off most of the batter.

We've had a very busy week, the weather has been really good here for the last 2 weeks and last week it was half term and we had lots of advance bookings then even more last minute bookings. This morning we were busy with people coming to say goodbye, buying sweets for the journey, and ordering breakfast butties to eat when they'd finished de-camping. Now the site is quiet again, it seems so strange, but it will all start again at the end of July when the summer holidays start.
I'm joining a Wednesday evening class and I'm planning to go until the start of the high season then book 6 weeks holiday, which should focus my mind on weighing in again in September, hopefully with a loss. I'm going to buy a 6 week countdown too.
