  • Morning all - ((hugs to MrsP - such a sad time for you))

*diary watch 2016 still continues* - getting a bit fed up now!! I know we had a bank holiday this week but it's nearly a week since I signed up for the 12 week countdown. *huffs* I think someone said that the diary might get posted out to the consultant which will be super annoying as she's on holidays and the minute and we have a stand in for tomorrows class.

I'm going to have a big jacket potato with beans and salad for my lunch and I'm thinking on a fritatta for tea tonight with another big salad...brekkie was weetabix and milk (HE a and b) with some clementines.

    Hi all :)

Still feeling a bit fragile but got up this morning with renewed determination. I'm going to join a new class on Wednesday evenings and I might buy a 6 week countdown - there's no point buying 12 weeks because I'll be taking 6 weeks holiday when the schools break up for summer and that's only 7 or 8 weeks away! I've set myself a target to lose 3lbs a month so by the beginning of November (when I go back to Spain) I should be 15lbs lighter. If I can maintain that average I'll achieve my overall target by September 2017. And its doable. :D

Candyapple - thanks for the tip about Bella, I'll put in an order for it for tomorrow (DH collects newspapers for the shop everyday).

Beanie - Bob really didn't get that any of the problem between them was his fault, and he was so hurtful to her, saying he didn't find her attractive because she was overweight when he was 20 stone! The psychologist got through to him in the end though and he took it on board and did well.

MrsP - sorry to hear about your cat. Will you get another one?

    Back later.

    .

When I had a quick look at the diary I got the impression that it's set out as a 12 week programme, to tie in with the 12 week countdown, so it's really not good enough that you don't get it straight away.

    Hopefully you'll have it soon.

    Ninth Anniversary
    Hi everyone

Another cold morning, I've had my heating on - didn't think I'd be saying that in June!

Ouch BEG water always gets me too especially at certain times of the month  I bet you have a nice loss next week though once it sorts itself out

I'm just the same Morello forever rewarding myself with food and it's a cycle I need to snap out of. Any emotion I go through I seem to reach for food: if I'm happy I eat, if I'm sad I tend to stuff my face it's no wonder I was overweight for so long. Will have to start thinking about non-food rewards to treat myself to

    Today's food:

B - grapenuts soaked in yoghurt overnight with 2 muller yoghurts (1.5 syns in total as I had extra 5g of HEB), cup of tea & coffee using HEA
L - LO risotto from last night as I ended up eating something else for tea, will work out syns for those later as it has synful smoked sausage in
T - MF hache steaks with roast pots & veg

Few syns to play with later if I fancy

I'm trying to up the water intake again only managed 4 glasses yesterday which is only about 1 litre, will have to work my way up to 2 litres I think, there doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day :rotfl: I don't know how people manage it

    Have a good day everyone
    xx

I asked last night and was offered the class 'display' copy - bless my consultant she is AMAZING :) but yes they get posted to the consultant once the countdowns have been processed so mine will be here for next Thursday. Maybe worth messaging the stand in (or your consultant and asking them to) to see if they have any copies you could have and your consultant can then replace?

I don't mind getting it a week later really as it will last until closer to the wedding that way :P I am hoping they are a permanent fixture as I'll use this one then not have one for the last month before the wedding then will buy one once I'm back from the holiday to get to that final target :)

Lantanna - your new group sounds perfect

MrsP - sorry to hear about your furbaby :( ((hugs))

    today:
breakfast: 1 slice no crusts wholemeal with 1 syn jam, 1 hifi light (banana milkshake. much better than I expected flavour wise)
lunch: salad - chicken breast, free cottage cheese, spinach, cherry toms, cucumber, green pepper. Hard boiled egg
tea: is going to be pizza

loooads of body magic as we are packing up the office for the final move of Tuesday so I've done a good 2 hours of lugging boxes, stairs and skip runs!

I flexi-syn one day a week. it's usually a Saturday night for a Chinese but we are going to have a BBQ tomorrow with my parents (long as it doesn't rain! please sun come back :( ) which is really low syn (only syns with be an mini twister at 2.5, burger 4 and sausage 2.5) as I got the BBQ bumper pack from Iceland and its much ower syn than expected. will also get some other little bits but the boxes aren't massive (tends to be 4 or 6 of most things) and the others can always eat them ;)

That's really exciting news gfb. There's loads of time before September to lose what you want. How much are you hoping for?

I find if I have a sports bottle (750ml) with me when I'm working at the computer I drink it almost absent mindedly. Much better than forcing myself to have a glass. Or you might prefer squash?

Our consultant was telling us how she reserves SW friendly items for herself and SIL (also in our group) at family BBQs. So everyone else has the synful stuff and she has BGTY or Iceland free stuff.

Aldi had a lovely selection on their Super6 this week. Well I thought so as I had 5 of the 6 items down on my shopping list;): mini bananas, vine cocktail tomatoes, pears, mushrooms, mixed peppers. The other was rhubarb but as I have no plans to make puddings it stayed there.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, 2 fried eggs, HEA milk for drinks
L: ham, fried potatoes and Speed veg, pickled cabbage
D: corned beef hash with cabbage
Syns: squirt of HP sauce, perhaps 5 or 6 for hash? and weekend wine:j.
