2 lbs on for me this week:( I deserved it tho:(
Well done to the losers:T:T:T0 -
Can I please have a STS for the chart please shala. Thanks for the chart and keeping track. It really does help :T0
-
Hi everyone - not been posting but have been avidly reading and keeping up with the tips and chat.
Reporting STS this week, which I'm a bit disappointed about as I've been good0 -
Back from my week away. Plenty of body magic as walking miles every day! Averaged about 4 miles a day, which is a lot for me as don't usually walk very much apart from round the shops, LOL!
Have had a quick read through the posts. Welcome new people.
Not going to WI this morning but have had a quick look on my scales and looking at about a lb on so not too bad as definitely not stuck to plan very much!
Only home today and back off for a long weekend away but fairly locally. Going to a motorhome show and camping on site. Some good entertainment being laid on for the evenings.
Today will be on plan:
B - toasted bacon & mushroom sandwich
L - LO fish curry & rice - loads of veg in the curry
D - slow roasted goat shank; roasted pots & veg; green beans.
HEA - milk as usual
HEB - bread
No planned syns but will probably have something this evening.
Also planning to cook HB steak to reheat tomorrow evening whilst away in the motorhome.

Morning all
Well, I blew it yesterday.
After the success of last week's pie night we decided to do it again last night, and although lots of people had shown interest when we mentioned it, we only had 2 takers which meant there were hot pies left over. We'd had our main meal at midday, chicken stirfry, but it wasn't very filling so by the time we closed DH and I were both starving so I gave in and had a pie for tea.
The pie alone wouldn't have been too bad as I hadn't had any other syns or an HEB, but then watching the Lose Weight for Love programme stirred up some bad memories and I 'needed' chocolate and wine.To top it all off, the combination of pie, chocolate and wine upset my stomach and I spent half the night suffering with heartburn.
I think I need a psychologist to get to the bottom of my eating habits.
I'm still feeling fragile this morning, mentally and physically, but I'm back in the zone again today and I've decided to find a new class next week. Something's got to keep me on the straight and narrow.
I've got a question for the rules experts amongst you - I've missed 2 weeks so if I return I'd have to pay for them so I'm thinking it would be cheaper to rejoin with a voucher. When you rejoin after a short break do they restart your progress, or can you continue from where you left off?
And does anyone know which magazine has the voucher this week?
Thanks,

Big hugs Lois.
Yes, cheaper to rejoin.
If you want to keep your history it used to be an extra 4.95/4.65.
May have changed.

Hi everyone
I'm so jealous of you people with the sunshine, it's like a winter's day again here, I wanna be able to put my  on and be in my garden like wizmid-evening I was hungry again so I stirred tuna into some LO mash and veg for makeshift fishcakes which helped fill a hole.
I love that idea maman will definitely have to try that, I always have plenty of tuna in my cupboard and need to try new things with it
Enjoy your new group lantanna
I really wanted to be able to join a group this time around but after taking on extra hours at work, I found I wasn't able to easily get to any  So I've joined online again for 3 months (using a voucher so I saved £35) to give me a bit of a kickstart. It's not ideal but I do like having access to the bookstore and syns again. I may cancel it again after the 3 months are up as I don't think you get a lot of support really, shame there's no fab forum like this I think that would make it loads better!
Off plan pizza last night has kept full, so breakfast was a coffee. I'm off shopping in a little while so I'll probably grab a salad from Te$co for lunch and tea will be a risotto with reduced fat smoked sausage and plenty of veg
Hope you all have a good day0 -
Still no diary *weeps*
The weather here is just gorgeous...it's to break though so we'll make the most of it!
I made a SW lasagne last night with the quark sauce and I thought it was really nice - leftovers for lunch today.
Food today:
B: big old batch of watermelon
L: LO lasagne and saladsalmon fillet, green beans, cauliflower, new potato and roasted red pepper sauce.
