Sorry to hear you're feeling poorly lush. You don't seem to have been well on and off for a while. Do you think it's stress related or something the GP could help with?:A

I understood what you meant about maximising the consultant's takings. Would it cost her if you used a debit card?

I feel as if I'm really plodding at the moment. I expect to take the hit when I'm off plan but then I expect to feel trimmer when I'm on plan and I don't.:( I was thinking last night I could do with a few weeks where I hit the plan really seriously and get right to the bottom of my target range (instead of hovering in the top 3lbs). However, it's not going to happen until after my holiday so I'll just plod for now.;)

I'm having a good day today, very few syns to make up for last weekend and lunch out tomorrow.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk
L: ham with fried LO potatoes and veg
D: BGTY burger, fried onions, tomato, mushrooms and asparagus
Syyns: 1 for burger, squirt of HP sauce, squirt of syrup (5 syns max).

Thanks maman :) I think the root of it all is I'm really tired and frustrated that stuff is starting to slip from my own standards because of it (I haven't booked any accommodation for the next rugby season yet even though I've had the dates and venues almost a month, feel like I'm wading at work as we don't know if we will or won't merge yet and if we do merge we don't know what will happen to us as staff, finding it hard to keep on top of the house and spend time with OH and littlie without feeling guilty) I'm gradually getting more on top of things so starting to feel better. Joining a group and getting those two hours out of the house every week is really helping though :)

I think this weekend I'll email a couple of hotels about rooms for rugby and vac/dust the house. If I can do that and get the clean clothes away then straighten the kitchen surfaces I'll actually have a huge amount done. we get our shed next week too which means I will have somewhere to store extra stuff and can make my sewing desk more useable which will give me a chill out space :)

    sorry for the essay!

Re card payments: the merchant services providers we have in membership all charge either a flat rate or percentage per transaction regardless of card type but I don't like to take the risk where possible with independents/franchises :)

I have had my space raiders :) I am also super dehydrated which isn't any good! off to get a big glass of water

Well, off plan for a few days now so I'm bound to put my 2lb back on, bit of an impromptu thing so I'm glad I was good (ish) last week, if I can be at starting weight by Monday I'll be happy as I NEVER get a break (cue the violins) so I am going to make the blooming most of it!

Back and fully back on it by Monday, Top Boy has a leaving primary party mid July and all the other mums are skinny minnies (despite most of them having children since Top Boy and his peers were born) so that'll be a good motivation to lose as much as possible for the photos :)

    Hi everyone

Weigh day for me today and had a nice loss on the scales which I'm over the moon about, gave me a really good boost. Mr Candyapple did better though and has lost 5lbs, the clever clogs. Before he weighed himself he said to me 'We'll really have to get back on SW you know' and I told him we'd been eating SW friendly all week he looked quite shocked :D

Well done SOTWs and losers this week :T Big hugs gainers and STSers, good luck for next week

It's been a vile day today, supposed to be June and feels like January! We've been cat sitting all week, visiting the kitties in their home and it's been a tiny bit stressy. The youngest cat isn't very outdoor savvy yet and he got stuck up a tree today. It took about half an hour of shaking his box of cat treats (which usually works instantly) to get him down :rotfl: We've also had the in-laws dog to look after today, although had to leave her at home while we went cat visiting, I'm not sure it would have ended well otherwise! I'll be glad when this week's over :D

Off-plan takeaway pizza planned for tonight - half each with some salad. I don't dare look the syns up for it, I'm just going to enjoy it and jump straight back on the slimming wagon tomorrow

Don't rub it in! It's been grey and miserable here all day. I've been really hungry today. Change of plan for dinner, swapped burger for haddock so that saved one syn.;)
Then, mid-evening I was hungry again so I stirred tuna into some LO mash and veg for makeshift fishcakes which helped fill a hole.
I'm out for lunch tomorrow, hoping salad's on the menu. :)
