Ohh i'm off today (one of the rare bank holidays we actually get) so I didn't realise it was chart day until just! Will sort it out in a minute :D

Mary, that's over 1lb a week so don't be too disheartened, you've done really well. Its frustrating when you know you've been on-plan all week but it may be that you'll have a massive loss next week!

Happy new dishwasher Meg :T we only got one 5 years ago along with a tumble dryer and they've both changed my life! :rotfl:

Good luck on your new group Lantanna, i'm starting to slip again but determined to stop to group on Thursday to show myself up :rotfl: hopefully it'll make me reconsider next time I face plant some biscuits!

    Menu - green today
B - shreddies and milk (Hea & b) haven't had cereal for yonks so this was a treat :D
L - Bean, carrot and cumin burgers _pale_ salad, beetroot, cheese (hea), mango chutney (1)
T - Jacket potato, chicken (heb)
    S - apple, yogurt, crisps (4.5)

    Right chart time

Joint SOTW* is.... :T:j:TJOCK and BEANIE:T:j:T with a losses of 2.5lbs!!

    Congratulations!

    :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

*SOTW is the person who has lost the most weight this week, but also had a loss or sts last week.

We really just have to do it Shala, we really do! I'm so fed up with myself. I was saying to a friend the other day I don't know whether its worse to have regained or never lost it in the first place : /

We can do it though, we all can, it really is just mind over matter for me though at the minute.

Really feel for you Mary - I know only too well how it feels to stick to plan and STS or even worse have a gain for no apparent reason. My body is still doing weird and wonderful things and [STRIKE]I have tried[/STRIKE] I'm still trying to learn how just to take whatever the scales throw and me as I know it will come good in the end if I have been good and on plan. Hope you have a good loss next week and well done on doing all those classes :T

Good luck with your new class lantanna. I know I wouldn't be at target if I had been going it alone and now I'm at target I know that I probably need them even more to stay within limits otherwise one week off will lead to .... well we know what comes next as we've all been there. Fingers crossed you will find lots of support at your class x.

Congratulations to our joint SOTWers jock and beanie :T:T:T. Thanks for the chart shala :A

Well I'll be off to SW weigh-in shortly (I know BH Monday :() so I will report back in later with you all.

Good luck for weigh in, I really admire you for committing to go the whole hog and getting to target and now staying there.

Have a lovely night folks, I'm committing to half an hours clothes sorting tonight. Hopefully the fact that none of them fit might spur :ome on a bit!
    :o

Gotta buy some yogurts and a few salad bits as well. All foods other than the salad stuff really needs to come out of the freezer this week

I just can't get my head straight this week. It's been one half hearted day after another so far since weigh in on Thursday night. Hoping I can salvage it by this Thursday and hopefully pull a lb or perhaps even two off.

Doesn't help that I've had two tough nights with little one so feel mentally and physically exhausted :/

Ignoring this morning/afternoon I am going to try and start again from tea (salad) and really go for it the next few days on 10 syns or less a day

i'm with you.. fed up and just want to eat everything in the house but what does it achieve in the long term = :(

Interesting thought about whether it's worse to regain or never lose in the first place

We just have to keep plodding.. :) every lb off is a win!

Good luck for weigh in BEG, are you still going every week?

Cross posted with you Lush, sorry to hear you're struggling too... sending positive vibes...

We just have to keep plodding & believe that we will all get there at some point.
    We can do this.

Don't worry guys. Success is never a straight line. You'll get there.

Reporting in with a 1 1/2 lb loss. Absolutely stoked with that seeing as I sampled a fair bit of cheese at the food festival and a bit of cake too. Other than that I've been very SW. Just goes to show that upping my syns has done me no harm. So I'm goi g to have ice cream later!
Bought a 12 week countdown so I can get the nice little diary. Also cos it will save me £10 and stop me having to take money out my bank account each week and causing havoc for the poor woman in charge of providing change :D
I'm on holiday the 3rd week of June and it's my birthday 2nd August so I might not be very SW at those times, although I do t I tend to go bonkers.
Oh, and hubby is going to pay for my next tattoo for my birthday! (Just wanted to get that out there)

    Good morning everyone,

+1.5lbs please Shala. Back from a short holiday, where I drank everyday: wine, cava, gin and beer. I ate relatively healthily, but the empty calories in alcohol are to explain. I have a bit of a social week ahead, so I just hope I can maintain.

Well done to all the losers, hugs to those struggling (haven't read the thread recently so not sure exactly what's happening.)

    Have a good week.

    Arkers x
