HI  quiet today, hope you all have some sunshine to enjoy.
Dizzybee you can get light coconut milk, it's about half the syns depending on the brand. I know some people use coconut yogurt, but be careful of it splitting with the heat, always best to add in at the end.
Your target is increased Beanie - good luck x
Not sure which channel it was on Lois, i'd go with what TIE said though, sounds about right
I've truly fell off the wagon todaywe had a massive salad for lunch but it hasn't satisfied my appetite so there has been much crisps and chocolate biscuits since
Annoyed at myself but not enough to stop! Think it's PMT and I just can stop eating on those days...
Was going to have SW chips with my dinner but I might just forgo them now and just have the gammon and salad instead, try and limit damage!
have a good evening xxMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
Reporting a 1.5lb loss please shala!
So that's all of last weeks gain gone. Have had today and yesterday off plan for DD's birthday celebrations but back on it for a clear 5 days before next weigh in so hopefully I can undo any damage I've caused.
Well done to all the losses!0 -
another STS for me again this week
frustrated beyond words.
Maybe it is time for a rethinking of the EE plan, I lost weight much quicker in the past of red/green days and I still have the old booklet. Any tips greatfully received :rotfl:

I think sometimes just having a change can sort of shake up the system so no harm in trying one of the old plans. I've never deliberately done Green or EESP but sometimes had accidental days or meals so I do understand how they work. Only advice I can give is to up Speed but that's my answer to most things.:oHiya everyone, hope you are all enjoying the Bank holiday Well I have stayed the same it is getting harder the nearer you get, so Shala STS hope you have all done better.
How far are you from target MrsHinge?Enjoy your break maman
Thanks beanie. I've had a lovely couple of days with my brothers and other family. Unfortunately it wasn't hugely successful in terms of SW. Started off well with a roast but got invited to a party with an unhealthy buffet last night and today I've had cake and croissants. Back on it tonight as dug SW Bolognese from the freezer when we got back. I'm looking forward to 3 good days before next off plan meal.
Weather's been glorious here and when I was in Wales. Pleased to hear that the shop is busy lois and hope chips were OK without needing to taste too many. Just noticed your signature and 3st in 18 months is great considering the temptations in the summer and social lifestyle in the winter. Well done!:T0 -

I only had half a dozen and they were lovely, SW/Actifry chips will never beat deep fried I'm afraid.
Thanks for your congratulations. I'm half way to target and I've set myself a goal to achieve it by September 2017, which is my next significant birthday and it's only 15 months away:eek: so I really need to increase my average. It helps to have a goal when I'm surrounded by temptation though.

A goal is good lois.

That's probably my main reason for still going to WI. That being said, it's really not a very good website. I hate it when it says there are more than 30 entries but no idea what they are! It seems fairly random what they choose to include even when you type in the exact name of a product
Yes I agree the site (syns) could do with tweaking. I had an email today about nutracheck. It's like my fitness pal but with pretty pictures and other features. I previously signed up and tried to use it in conjunction with slimming world but I found the whole counting business a chore. I'm tempted to sign up again but really not sure I would make use of it.
I may be late? In weighing in this week but it was half a pound gain0
