Welcome back Jock, we have a revolving door policy so feel free to swing by whenever
Big THANK YOU for the shiny new thread Shala :A although slightly embarrassed to see my name :rotfl:
Reply from previous thread in the eat as much pasta etc as you want comment! I DID eat masses of pasta, pots etc as I did mostly green days. I DID get to target this way! I hardly ate fruit or much veg (mostly onions and tomatoes). Think it depends on the person. Downside is, I'm now intolerant to wheat/gluten and I would think it's down to too much pasta although no proof of this.
Well I made a boo boo this morning, I weighed on a full bladder then forgot to weigh after I'd 'been' before taking my meds with 3 glasses of liquidso going with STS as weight was same as last week (with full bladder
).
Off to cinema to see Marvels Captain America Civil War with my boy. Think I'm team ironman though (love Downey Jr. ) :rotfl:
Have a good weekend and keep the faith all :AIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Thanks all, I didn't really stop, got to target and couldn't be bothered anymore. I worked a way a lot and couldn't do it and the weight crept back on until I'm fat again!
Didn't take much, sandwiches instead of salad, etc. The odd takeaway, etc.
Consultant was really pleased to see me, said lots of people don't like coming back to the same group. I didn't go to my usual group but will next time as it was all new people I didn't know, the old group probably will be as well, but it's at a better time.0 -
4 day week at work, so how does this sound for Monday?
Breakfast - Overnight oats - 35g rolled oats, muller light, frozen berries and a banana chopped on top
10am and 3pm snacks - hard boiled egg, orange, pear
Lunch - 2 sw chicken sausages, grilled mushrooms, carrot batons and sweetcorn & peas
Dinner - turkey breast steak with carrot and swede mash, and sweet potato wedges.
Puddin' - strawberries
HexA - Milk in tea
HexB - I'm open to suggestions - trying not to eat bread. That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.
House Bought July 2020 - 19 years 0 months remaining on term
Next Step: Bathroom renovation booked for January 2021
Goal: Keep the bigger picture in mind...0 -

If this is an EE day then your HEB is the oats at breakfast.
However if you are intending to do an SP day then you'll need to drop the sweet potato wedges so you can have another HEB, as sweet potatoes are not Speed or Protein.

You can tell it's been a while - I completely blanked on oats being a b food...That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.
