Sorry if I missed any losses, but I've only read this morning's posts.

    I'm sure they are - I've used 35g Branflakes as a HeB quite a lot :)

Yes, you sold yourself short of a whole 5g of branflakes lantanna.

It's the Nu-me version of moussaka that's 1.5 syns as there's megasyns in other versions lush.

Cleared out my kitchen cupboard at the weekend and found 31 packets of the old style free savoury rice. Nobody else eats it :D

That sounds like me with the stockpile of tins of butterbeans. I'm slowly ploughing through.

I was OK at the carvery last night but when I got home I had a fun size Crunchie. I'm cross with myself as I never normally eat them at home but these are LOs from the football season which I intended to feed to DH.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, scrambled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: JP with cottage cheese and pickles
D: BGTY burger, SW chips, mushrooms, fried onions, tomatoes, peas
Syns: HP sauce, 1 for burger

Decided on Bacon & Mushroom Carbonara with salad bits for tea, and that involves using all ingredients in the house. Really must start getting through the stocks.

no idea what I'll do for tea now! probably a spot of salad of some description and some tuna

Hello all - I'm trying a few days of SP - I've not done any yet....

B: 2 fried eggs, 3 bacon medallions and some fried up cherry tomatoes
L: going to be a chicken salad with loads of speed
    D: I'm thinking a chicken stir fry

I've got to work out the HE a and b - and I'm saving my syns for the weekend (well we've been invited to a piano recital tomorrow night of a client of ours who is a professional pianist and she's having an album launch - there will be wine and canapes at that...will probably have wine but no canapes)

    Have a lovely holiday Jocks....

    love to all :D

Thanks! We had the chicken kievs from the new recipe book, they really were as nice as any kiev you buy, and that's not always true about SW stuff.

I did an SP my accident yesterday, was out with work so ended up with a bowl of salad and a packet of ham for lunch, had Greek salad for tea and realised I'd done an SP without realising and had a Hi-Life bar for an extra HEB

Evening all. Sorry been pretty rubbish at checking the thread this week. Hope everyone is ok :) Checking in with a 1.5lb :) Next week will be tough, it's OHs birthday and we're going away for a few days. Will try and stay as sensible as possible but things may not go to plan!

    -1/2LB at class this morning.
Mad busy at the moment and little time to check in but I've had the salt and pepper chicken again for tea. It is lovely and very easy to make. I didn't use egg on the chicken this time, just dipped the chicken into the smash and baked it.
