Been an eventful week so far and it's only Tuesday :rotfl:
Did you see on the news about schools being evacuated with bomb threats? Well ours was one of them although didn't make the news. Think we were asked but decided against so as not to give the perpetrators the publicity.
Was interesting that after the police had looked around then heard of other reports they decided it was ok for a couple of TAs to go do extra checks as they would know if anything was out of the ordinary. Us TAs decided TAs were sent as they are expendable :rotfl: also cheaper to replace :p.
Kids were brilliant even though we had to leave the school, they thought it was just an extra fire drill as we'd had a practise and a real one last week (electrical fault triggered the alarm). I missed both as out at unit :D.
    Hope tomorrow is better :o.

It’s as well I had a good day yesterday, maman, as it’s all gone a bit off plan today. Suffice to say a Fry’s Cream may have been involved. I was just saving beanie from the chocolate! I won’t post details of my day of shame.

    Love your attitude, lantanna.

    Good losses, jock & orlao.

Hadn’t heard about the school evacuations, TIE. That was a bit scary; glad the kids coped so well.

    Roll on tomorrow.

behaved at my sewing class however I am now over syns as I've had three chocolate fingers since tea :/ one of those weeks.

On damage control so hoping for maybe 1lb off or a maintain on Thursday night - I'll be happy with that after a big loss last week :)

have decided that since I need to go to the dentist and pick up a cheque (they have to refund me some of my treatment) I will nip a bit further in to town and see what offers I can find - I am in need to little treats for me and little one and yogurts. the rest I can wait until Saturday.

OH has asked if I want to stay home rather than go to the caravan but I am undecided as yet

    Hi there,

I've got a question about using Hi-Fi bars as your HEb as I've never done this before - I know you're allowed 2, but do you have to eat them both together or can you eat them at different times?

    Thanks in advance,

    Heather.

I heard about that TIE and we had some here as well, glad everything turned out ok.

Have a good hols Jocks! You can def lose weight no problem when you put your mind to it.

I love a Frys Greentiger but haven't seen one here in years.

Damn I meant to watch that Shala, will have to see if I can get it at the weekend.

I really took a notion for Branflakes this morning and a banana, so that's what I had. 30g with almond milk. Don't remember them ever being a HEb cereal so I'll take the hit on that.

Freezer is full to bursting so need to get into that tonight and see what I can make use of, seem to do this every month make a small hole in it but that's it.

There's a lot would need using up in the cupboards as well.

Have some salad bits with me today so just need to buy some deli meat at lunchtime, a bit of fruit and a yogurt and I'm all set.

No idea on dinner but it will have to come out of the fridge / freezer.

    I'm sure they are - I've used 35g Branflakes as a HeB quite a lot :)

    Today:
breakfast- two wheetabix (heb) with milk from hea and a banana
    snack - caramel snack a jack (2.5)
lunch - will treat myself to some salad whilst I'm in town for a walk
tea - the others are having stuff from the freezer. I'm not sure what I'll have yet. tempted to look for the mousaka in morrisons which is 1.5syn then I could have that and add a head of veggies :)
