Hi again
Thanks for the chart Shala and well done Jock for SOTW. :T
Shala, I'll go back to weighing on Mondays, so next WI will be in a weeks time.
I will make a commitment to post daily menus here, that will help to focus my mind.
Today looked like this:
B: toast (HEB) spread (4 syns), Marmite
L: JP, cheese (half HEA), saladcurried meatballs (containing onions, tomatoes, peppers, carrots), rice
The other half Hea was for milk in tea. I've been cutting down on it by drinking herbal tea and black earl grey.
Tomorrow is shopping day, so our main meal is undecided but so far breakfast is overnight oats (Heb) and lunch could be bacon egg and tomato.
Beanie - Step away from the chocolate!
Back tomorrow - we've got a canoe club rally on the site so we've been busy! We're planning a pie and chips night on Wednesday, and hoping for a good take-up.

Sorry I didn't manage to catch up with you all last night so thought I'd better pop in now before all the busy stuff starts.
Well got a bit of a shock last night at wi - after last week's (imo) undeserved 2lb gain - last night I lost 4.5lb  which puts me at the bottom end of target. My body just does crazy things - yes I have stayed on plan determined to shift that pesky 2lb from last week but so didn't expect 4.5 off. I think I may have been a couple of drinks down yesterday afternoon as we were out and about so whether or not that has had an effect - time will tell.
Welcome to the madhouse dizzy
Thanks for the chart shala and congratulations jock on SOTW :T.
Sorry to hear things haven't worked out with fella lantanna but it sounds as though you are probably better off without him. Good luck with interview and that mini target - you can smash it - go lantanna.
Well done to everyone reporting losses and hugs to anyone struggling.
Hope we all have a good week.

Good morning everyone,
Not sure what is happening with my body but STS please Shala. I don't suppose I can manage a loss the following week after such a good loss the week before. I have been good, but I am eating huge amounts of fruit, so I need to look at the sugar content in this. I did use two glasses of wine in a recipe, but again I allowed for this in my syns tally.
B-e-g that's an amazing loss, well done, you might have to adjust your target downwards.:p
Congrats Jock on SOTW, and well done to all the losers.
Having a holiday from weigh in next week, so hope to report in a fortnight.

Hi all,
Hope you're all well.
I just need 1lb at WI on Saturday morning for my 5st Award. I bought the magazine as well and agree it was uninspiring, there were a couple of recipes which looked ok.
I noticed they keep advertising the banana cereal bars, but we won't have them at group until Saturday when the mag have been advertising them for ages, the consultant says they've been delivered and she's tried them and I know other groups have had them already! I will be on WI desk for this Saturday and next.
I am stressed about work at the moment, parts of the business are being sold at the end of June and we are being TUPE'd. I definitely think my days are numbered, I haven't been there for 2 years so wouldn't be entitled to any redundancy. Our site will eventually move to this company's site in Wolverhampton and I am unable to travel there. It's a pity because where I am at the moment, I'm round the corner from home.
Have a good week everyone.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.670 -
Abbafan - Good luck with getting that 5st shiney on Saturday!
Our consultant told us on Thursday that her Banana Milkshake bars still hadn't been delivered but was expecting them to be delivered that day but even if they had been delivered before her Thursday evening group she wouldn't be taking them into group until her Monday evening group so that everyone gets them the same week.
Doesn't bother me at all as I don't even like drinking a milk shake yet alone eating something milkshake flavoured!
Well done Jock on getting our SOTW.
LL - make sure you stay away from the pie & chips on Wednesday - I'm sure things must be really difficult for you at times with working in a campsite shop.
Back later with today's plan.

Go Lantanna go!!! We're all keeping everything crossed xxxx.
Glad you enjoyed the gin syns! Off to Spain tom for a short break, so hope to enjoy a few myself....in moderation of course:D!
Arkers x
Fab, have an amazing time!!*shy wave*
Can I join please? I used to be a consultant, but it was years ago and I've forgotten everything I was taught, which is why I am heavier by a stone than when I first went to group... I've cut right down on alcohol and have consequently been stuffing my face with sweet stuff and crisps and we have quite a lot of stressy things going on too, which helps to weaken any resolve I might have on waking.
Anyway, it would be nice if I could tag along, if you'll have me?
Of course we will have you!
Thanks for the kind words Greentiger and BEG, I'll just be focusing on me for now for the next wee while but will grab the dating bull by the horns at some stage. Maybe someone will just come along and I'll not have to go the online route. Horrendous at times lol
The sun is out here and feeling motivated today!
Having fruit and yogurt for B, Ham salad for lunch and tuna salad with Hea cheese and a few sw chips for dinner.
On the water - must get back on the green teas as well.0 -

morning all,
I've had a few meals over the weekend that were less SW friendly but no more so than last weekend however jumping on the scales this morning for a naughty weigh and its showing a potential gainShouldn't be too disheartened really as it is mid week but its also star week. I only have 4 a year so shouldn't worry too much. However I do know that I am dehydrated and have been everyday since Friday so need to work on that today
Today's plan:
breakfast: heB wheatabix with milk from HeA, melon pieces
lunch: chicken pasta mugshot (1) plus a small chicken salad (lettuce, cucumber, yellow pepper and sliced chicken breast)
mid afternoon: large orange
tea: musclefood chicken sausage (1) with salad (lettuce, cucumber, pepper, tomatoes, beetroot and pickled onion)
pay day tomorrow so I can stock up on lovely yumminess. I've already prepared my list for ASDA with almost everything summer themed so the rumoured sun better come along!************************************
