Matron midge~~The salt & pepper chicke sounds good.
So you just dip in the smash & bake?

Yes, it is a tweak but you only use a little so I'm not bothering - that said, I don't lose large amounts of weight so that might be why.
Put 3 tbsp smash in a dish, add salt, pepper and paprika. Stir well.
Cut 2 chicken breasts into pieces, dip into mixture and place on silicon paper on a baking tray.
Pop in oven 180C. Cook for around 20 mins until chicken is cooked.
Meanwhile, stirfry onion, green pepper and a chilli. Once softened add soy sauce, 2 tbsp sweetener and 3 tbsp of white wine vinegar.
Serve with whatever you like. Keep chicken out of the sauce if you want it crispy.
    Full recipe on 2CC blog.

I always wonder about this *tweaking* thing...our consultant (who is to be fair very, very good) always says no tweaking yet puts up the recipes for things like weetabix muffins or biscuits...I'm pretty sure that would be tweaking the plan.

I think weetabix would be fine in a cake as it is either syns or a HEB, so there'd be no issue with that. The issue is things like Lasagne crisps, couscous cake, etc.

mid morning: caramel jumbo snack a jack (2.5)
lunch: a salad (lettuce, tomatoes, yellow pepper, pickled onion, wafer thin beef (from asda its free) and fat free cottage cheese (also asda and free) plus a pack of pickled onion space raiders (3)
tea; chicken and bacon salad tonight (lettuce/spinach, cucumber, tomatoes, pepper, beetroot, pickled onion) 1 syn for sauce/dressing of some kind

    HeA milk in teas
