Matron midge~~The salt & pepper chicke sounds good.
So you just dip in the smash & bake?
Yes, it is a tweak but you only use a little so I'm not bothering - that said, I don't lose large amounts of weight so that might be why.
Put 3 tbsp smash in a dish, add salt, pepper and paprika. Stir well.
Cut 2 chicken breasts into pieces, dip into mixture and place on silicon paper on a baking tray.
Pop in oven 180C. Cook for around 20 mins until chicken is cooked.
Meanwhile, stirfry onion, green pepper and a chilli. Once softened add soy sauce, 2 tbsp sweetener and 3 tbsp of white wine vinegar.
Serve with whatever you like. Keep chicken out of the sauce if you want it crispy.

I think weetabix would be fine in a cake as it is either syns or a HEB, so there'd be no issue with that. The issue is things like Lasagne crisps, couscous cake, etc.0 -
