Decided on roast potatoes & roasted peppers & onions as well as the ratatouille. Also done some peas. It was absolutely delicious and thoroughly enjoyed by both of us.
Decided against a pud as pretty full up!
Didn't have the red wine either but had a pastis instead! couple of syns saved.

Abba - The pay desk is the hardest one IME. Some weeks were absolutely fine but some were a nightmare. Lots of argumentative members when they owe back fees, drop out of target, etc. People who show up without cash, or visitors without their card - you can look up group members, but not everyone. Then the ones who think they're entitled to free stuff every time they buy a countdown (caught one helping herself to the recipe books!) not just when offers are on. And my favourite was the one who didn't show up on bank holiday weekends, she thought everyone got the week off. :rotfl:0

Hello everyone
-1.5 please Shala which cancels out last weeks gain.
I'm still not back to the weight I was before I went on holiday in early April - got a bit slack with keeping track of syns methinks!
But back on the wagon properly now!
Don't post often but do read the email catchup every morning on the bus...0 -

Wow - £25 raffle! Do you go to a really big group? Our prizes are pretty rubbish - 3 small prizes costing about £5; although having said that we do have a couple of good weeks - usually Easter & Christmas when there are loads of good prizes including things like George Foreman Grills, electric steamers, bottles of wine, shopping vouchers etc. Christmas is always the really good one.

Thanks for the chart Shala and well done for SOTW Jocko!:j
Some good losses coming in. Well done everybody!
Welcome to Wiggly and Lulu. Congratulations on the twins Lulu I remember you from the TTC thread. Well done for getting on the SW wagon so quickly. I cannot even begin to imagine how anybody copes with two babies at the same time!
I feel like this has been a better week so far for me than recent weeks. Not perfect but much more controlled and less cake! It helped that I managed to deliver a couple of my test cakes to my husbands office yesterday so there is very little in the house at the moment. Also back at the gym after a week of nothing. Boy am I feeling it in my legs tonight!0 -

Theres only one prize at my class and this morning I was in 2 minds whether to bother buying a ticket - there was a jar of Basics pickled onions, a bag of mixed salad, some syn free salad dressing and a bunch of limp coriander! It's a big group too, I hope the profits from the raffle go to charity...:undecided

We always used to do a cash prize to buy a countdown, but I think it was frowned upon, I think about 50 people go through the scales. Then they stopped doing it as the superviser didn't like it, so now we have a crap price which is about £4 worth of tupperware and some jelly or something, but if funds allow we also have the £25!
I was eating a hi-life salted caramel bar today, and realised I could have had 2 guylian chocs instead.0 -
Ha ha Tete, maman is correct as always. I am a Falkirk supporter. Although there is a link to the owls - their assistant manager played for us! Gaston is on loan at Middlesborough - so are you Middlesborough fan, tete?
Hiya, new people, well done losers especially jock for SOTW.
