I'm not too sure Shala - I've never missed 3 tablets before in such a short space of time. I've perked up a bit this evening which is line with my usual pattern when I've had a long term period of depression. Not sure how I'll be in the morning but I'm taking the day off work again. Only work part time so I'm off Wednesday and Thursday anyway. Hopefully I'll be back on Friday but I might still be a bit wobbly for a while.0

Evening all, hope you're all doing good
Fallen a bit behind on the thread as I often do at weekends! Had a bit of an off plan weekend catching up with friends, which was lovely. Weighed in last night with a 1lb gain. Bit annoying, but I'm fairly sure it isn't a true gain, just the short term effect of an off plan weekend - I'm fairly sure I was good enough earlier in the week that it should balance out. Going forward I think I'm going to switch to weighing on a Weds evening, to try and give me a more realistic picture without worrying about any weekend indulgences! So next weigh in will be in a week and a half. Don't think that should mess things up with the chart Shala

I suffer with travel anxiety (amongst other things
) and it's been really bad recently with travelling to unit for my 1-1. Really making me ill BUT my wonderful hubby has given up a couple of his holiday days to take me this week so taxis have been cancelled :T.
Oh I do love him :A:A :rotfl:Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

They are 1 syn each Tete.
Good luck with getting back on track - you can do it, like Beanie says, keep plodding.
LL
I was close then! That's not bad, and I'm totally counting them as Speed, with the carrotsTete - you haven't put 5lbs of fat on over 1 week, it'll be some water retention. The weight that's goes on fast usually comes off fast so you should have a good loss next week.
Thanks - I hope so!!
Well done SOTW Jock - blimey, your last two losses in such a short space of time are incomprehensible to me!
Hope you feel better soon Shala and MrsP. I'm the opposite in that I seem to be coming out from under my cloud at last (I'm not on medication but sometimes think I should be) and slowly getting more motivation to actually get stuff done. It's a nice feeling.
Greentiger, do I deduce you're a Sheff Wed fan? I must confess I was glad to see Brighton lose after that horror tackle on our lovely Gaston, then making such a fuss about the red card
I was good over the weekend (ish... I did have a cupcake yesterday which took me over my Syns but I had just done a hilly 10k race so I thought it was allowed).
Today:
B - Coffee (HExA, 2 Syns), Muller Light and passion fruit
D - Leek and bacon soup with 2x crustless toast (HExB) and Flora Light (1 Syn)
T - Diet Cola chicken with couscous
Other - Coffee (HExA, 1 Syn), NAS Ribena, fruit tea, KitKat (5 Syns) and hot choc (2 Syns)
TOTAL: 11 Syns
And I did a yoga class tonight - yay me! Sweet dreams all xxWeightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Morning everyone.
Sorry I haven't been around much but I have been struggling to keep up with everyone but I do try to read all posts. Some fab losses have been coming in - well done everyone. :T. Congratulations on SOTW Jock :T:T:T.
Hope everyone that's not feeling too good atm manage to get into a happier place very soon x.
I weighed in last night and found that I had a gain of 2lbs. Ok I did have one off day with a small fish and chips (one of DHs bday treats if you remember at the coast) followed by an ice-cream sundae. Other than that I have stuck to plan totally but still have bloody loo issues . Hopefully I will shift the gain this week as ideally I would love to be at bottom of target range.
I have SW mug I received at some point from my Consultant that says something like - nothing tastes as good as being slim feels - do you know what - I think they may have a point.
Hope you all have a good week.

Morning all,
With all the traveling I've been doing for work I've missed a couple of weighs - plus eating in hotel restaurants (while pleasant) hasn't left me feeling positive about the numbers I'll see...
Today should be back to normal and back on track.
Breakfast - 2 HB eggs
Lunch - sweet and crunchy salad (Iceland salad bowl - carrots, sweetcorn, beetroot, lettuce, could be some other stuff) with cold chicken and 3 light Baby bels.
Snack - Mullar light
Dinner - Roast chicken with carrot and swede mash, and a sweet potato.
Supper - planning 2 slices of WM toast with butter
Syns - will be milk in tea and butter on toast - actual values to be determined.
HexA - Babybel
HexB - Toast
Body magic - Nothing planned today other than the normal wandering to work and back. That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.
House Bought July 2020 - 19 years 0 months remaining on term
Next Step: Bathroom renovation booked for January 2021
Goal: Keep the bigger picture in mind...0 -
Good morning everyone,
Firstly, for those of you who are walking with the black dog I hope it goes soon. It is so distressing, but a positive to know that if/when you get the right meds then the cloud can lift, remember that if you're struggling.
I am totally chuffed with a 3.5 lb loss please Shala! I am now 2.5lbs away from target, and exactly 1 week away from me going away for a week to Spain, so it will be a tough one for me to reach that, but hey I'm not worried as I know I can get back onto the SW plan when I return with the inevitable gain!
I have hit the gym with earnest last week, and I have a session with a PT as part of my membership to look at using weights a bit more. I don't want to turn into one of those tantastic six pack amazons, but to try and combat the old bingo wings, or at least try and improve them. Lantanna, do you incorporate weights into your training regime, and have you found they work for you?
B-E-G I'd like to get one of those mugs, I'll have to look out for one!
Jock - amazing weight loss, are you fed up with winning all that old fruit!
I'm struggling with bone idle teenagers doing GCSE/A'Level, so please feel my pain. Thank goodness I have a dog who always seems to take my side!:D
Have a good week everyone.

Morning all,
Hope you're all well, anyone suffering with illnesses (whether physical or mental), hope you feel better soon. x
Well I weigh in on Saturday morning at 9.00, so more or less halfway through the week already. Just eaten a lovely cooked breakfast, I don't have one every morning, just a couple of times a week, the rest of the time I either have overnight oats or bran flakes.
Lost 1.5lbs at last weigh in, just need 3lbs for my 5st award! Although the consultant said it was 2 at the group discussion! I know she likes me to stay (I generally do unless I have something else on), as I'm somewhat of a celebrity in the group as I've lost the most and it looks good for new members! :rotfl:
I don't have much chance to catch up with you all, but have a good week.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.670
