Back after a lovely afternoon catching up with friends. They'd planned to have lunch at an Italian restaurant but it was closed when we got there (they only moved to the area a month ago). Instead we sat outside a pub close to the beach, I had roasted belly pork with mash and veg - it was delicious and the veg was all speed which is always a plus. Some syns for gravy and probably butter in the mash but I only ate the lean pork which I'll assume was free.
Maman - I like the theory behind swapping HEX for syns.
See you tomorrow.

Thanks for play off good wishes. Still rocking after Friday's match. Tickets organised for Thursday and I'll buy Sunday's tomorrow.
That's an amazing finishing place for Southampton, maman - I hope you and
don't fall out! Someone's head will surely roll over the dummy device left from the training exercise - what a cost to everyone; I don't think many Bournemouth fans will make it up to the rearranged fixture.
Everyone is doing a grand job on their SW journey. I'm a bit up and down but that's ok. It's good to see new people joining in.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
I watched Eurovision too, not sure about the new voting system. I rather enjoyed hearing nul points too much in the past to be honest.
My Hea is always used on cheese, I'm not a milk person either.
I was so cross on Friday with silly things that were going on in work so overindulged on the gin syns on Friday night. No matter, will see how the rest of the week pans out. Lots of water and speed on the go today.0 -
Hello all - checking in with a 1 lb loss I'm consistent if nothing else!! I'd love to be losing more...10 weeks till my holidays....definitely too many wine syns consumed over the weekend (family gathering for a Christening...and I can tell you we definitely wet the baby's head!!
I'm going to go back to basics and try and go as close to the book as possible!! I'd love to lose more than a stone before my holidays in 10 weeks (yesterday...who's counting lol!) - I've lost 9.5 and I do see the difference in myself and feel more confident..0 -
morning
Some great losses again :T
I'm at home today, day's holiday but have woke up with the lurgy (sore throat, coughing)still going to get in the kitchen and organise. I had an approved food delivery last week and my cupboards are bursting  so need to sort it all out and sort some meal plans out to use it all up.
I got some Weight watchers petit pain in my order - 1 is a HEB or 5 syns each. They're really nice and fulfil the crusty bread yearning, anyone know any supermarkets that sell them as i'm struggling to find any..
Anyway onto my menu plan for the day
Brunch - WW petit pain (heb) heck sausages (1.5) sauce (1) onion
Tea - BBQ chicken lasagne (2 syns for cheese sauce)salad, pickles
Snack - strawberries, yogurt, crisps(4.5) apple
Will post the chart in a bit xxMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
Think I've done okay this past week - forgot to pick up the diaries so I haven't written anything down but I've been keeping track of HexA and B and my Shen. Went to N@ndos on Wednesday for a colleagues retirement meal. I took the skin off the chicken and had corn on the cob with no butter and regular portion of spicy rice. I did have two tubs of the fat free frozen yogurt (chocolate flavour) and have no idea how many syns were in it. But I didn't have any others that day, other than the rice.
Eurovision party on Saturday night. I had my own syn free dinner and baked oats for pudding as hubby made spag bol with 10% mince and mini chocolate puds from W@itrose. I was very good and proud of myself.
Having a major problem with my depression and have had to take a day off work - I think due to changing my breakfast routine I've forgotten to take my antidepressants 3 times in about 2 weeks and it's caught up with me. Feel rubbishy and foggy headed and meh. It'll get better but it's putting up with it while it's here and making sure I still eat and still eat the right foods. WI later on and hoping for a loss.0 -
Its another EE day today and trying to keep the syns low:

L - couscous with herbs & salady bits; beetroot; garlic sausage 2 syns; a little olive oil 2 syns
D - Goan fish curry with rice (from Mar/Apr magazine) 2.5 syns
HEA - milk in teas
HEB - porridge
Syns - lunch - 4 syns; dinner 2.5 syns

mysupermarket says that Tesco sell the WW petit pain so it's worth a look.
Today's EE menu:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 fried eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: leaves, balsamic and hambaked haddock, new potatoes, carrots, runner beans, broccoli, tomato
Syns: none so far and none planned!!:D
Last week was a rollercoaster of meals out and far to many wine syns. I'm definitely going to WI this week so hope I haven't gained too much.0 -
Went to group and stayed which was both pleasant and unpleasant given my current mental state. Everyone very sympathetic when I explained which was nice because it's ruddy hard being around people when I'm like this - i have anxiety too. Anyway, 1lb loss which means I got my half a stone award!
I also have a diary so I'm going to start writing it all down again0
