Lois, the A choice calcium doesn't even meet RDA as it's so low in calories. So other sources are required anyway, although they do assume (and seem to encourage that) the average SWer lives on free yoghurts and get enough that way. :rotfl:

maman, I was thinking about being cheeky and changing it to 2 Bs. Like how breastfeeding women can choose between A and B for their extra extras, even though they suggest mostly As. But an extra 6 syns is pretty tempting too. ;)

Swapping milk syns for wine syns is a SW no-no I should think maman :rotfl: :naughty: or is that not you meant, officer? police.gif

Tete - you haven't put 5lbs of fat on over 1 week, it'll be some water retention. The weight that's goes on fast usually comes off fast so you should have a good loss next week.

Having a busy day here.. done my normal HIIT routine (I say normal I've done it three times :o), gone and watched a charity bike ride thing going on and now we're off out to the big town shopping.. I know that's a lazy day for some of you, but for me it's busy :rotfl:

    Menu for today
    B - none
L - ginger and apple baked oats(heb), yogurt, apple, ginger jam (1.5)
    T - chicken biryani (3/4 syns) poppadum (2) mango chutney (2)
    S - milk (hea) fruit

The shopping's not coming until 6pm, so we're a bit low on anything speed really :(

It's 2 syns for the pouch tie so next to nothing for each lunch.
I've had another off plan meal today: spaghetti with prawns but dripping with garlic butter.
Definitely going to do better tomorrow HB steak on the menu.
Last match of the season means last fun size Crunchie until August!
Well done on getting to the playoff finals greentiger.

    Thanks for that info :A

I didn't watch Eurovision (never do) but was reading some hilarious tweets from Jay Rayner, Richard Osman and especially Montys dog Nigel (Monty Dons dog from gardeners world or whoever tweets for him :rotfl:). Who needs to watch with them about :p:rotfl:

Been out with my camera this morning as some inconsiderate people have parked their works vehicles on our roads only bit of footpath! They are covering the whole path right up to the nettle covered verge and on a blind bend too . I had to walk in middle of the road with the dog to get past. Road isn't very wide at best of times, dog takes up a fair bit too :D.
Tweeted the photos to the company so will see what the response is.
I do like Twitter for this kind of thing as its out there for all to see instead of an email that's likely to be ignored. They don't like the bad publicity (usually :D).
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I think you should just give the points to Bournemouth! :rotfl:
I went to a local independent cafe for lunch but they'd stopped doing JP'S for the summer. I had a chicken and bacon salad which had a few syns in lemon vinaigrette and the bacon wasn't fat free but it gave me an idea for a tasty lunch I can do at home.
We're having the last of the Aunt Bessie red cabbage tonight so need to make my own to freeze.

The lunch I had today (roasted pointy pepper with halloumi) with salad was based on a restaurant starter I had last weekend.

I think it's a good idea to look at restaurant menus for new meals - starters often make good lunches!

Rather United refunded their fans so they can re travel up to Old Trafford so we can win and finish above Southampton :p;)
