Great losses coming in everyone, well done!
Shala - That's so annoying. I hate it when you think you've been on it and then you get a gain. Hopefully you'll have an extra loss to make up for it next week.
As for me, I seriously doubt I will even manage to maintain this week. I'm so annoyed with myself for losing control in the first half of the week. I've been reasonably on track (but not great) the last 2 days. Got to have a good day today and then cross fingers for weigh in tomorrow!
Plan:
B - Overnight oats (heb)
L - Jacket potato, cheese (hea), beans, salad
D - Beef stroganoff (1), green beans, rice
S - clementine, yoghurt, banana, wotsits (4.5), jelly (0.5)0 -
Shala - snap! Exactly the same for me and DH this week apart from one of the meals out when he had fish & chips and I had a goats cheese salad! I had a gain of 1/2lb and DH had a loss of 3lb
 hmmmm, do you think they did some thing to us to sabotage Denise?;):rotfl: little rascals!!
I think I'm going to copy your example Lush, I do always write everything down.. But if I hand it in at least the consultant can tell if I'm going wrong.. Those sheets are too small though, hope the diaries are easier to write in!
Workout done, had such an argument with myself in my head :rotfl: I'll have a lazy day versus get up and just do it! :rotfl: anyone else do that or do you all enjoy working out?
So menu for today
B - fruit and yogurt
L - corn thins (HEB) cheese(hea) pickles
T - chipotle chicken, broccoli and roast veg concoction
S - milk (1) orange, other syns to be used as and when
Drinks - 1 litre of water already drunk, another to go, Pepsi max, cup of tea, green tea
Have a good day xxMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
I go through phases with the exercise, loving it and raring to go and getting annoyed if I cant get to the gym and then yes times I can't be bothered going like last night. Guess its just about getting a balance, when I'm in the mood I go all out because I no that there will be times that I don't want to go.
I'm happy enough with that approach, interestingly I've not been as hungry this week as I've not done as much exercise. They say its 80 - 90 % nutrition and the rest exercise and I think that sounds about right.
I'm going to keep my cardio to 30 mins and do more weights for toning etc and see what happens.0 -

I think the new journals do have more space; I've bought myself a super cheap a5 lined notebook from ASDAS (a whole 40p) to use until I get my countdown :P My writing changes everyday so it's going to look like each day belongs to a different person haha - today its small and looks like my nanny wrote it with little loops everywhere!************************************

Lots of losses since I posted yesterday. Well done all!:T
Syns have got seriously out of control here this week. Last night we ended up in a pub and my food choice was definitely not SW friendly. Rhododendrons were lovely though;). This week may have been a bit of a social whirl (and out again tomorrow) but it's not been good for healthy eating or drinking.
Completely agree that it's the nutrition that makes the biggest difference to weightloss lantanna. I'm not knocking the exercise as it has its own benefits but I think you're right about a balance.
lush, why not try a bag of frozen berries to have with breakfast instead of grapes and pineapple? Or even slice an apple into your yogurt. It'll up the Speed. I particularly enjoy an apple chopped up with cottage cheese.
I've not done my meal plan yet or shop but a huge stir fry is going to be on the menu. I'm craving loads of Speed. Will post later when menu is sorted out.:)0 -

I did at the beginning of my weight loss but recently it's had much more of an effect on me.0 -
Well my usual Friday peek at the scales is showing me half a pound below where I was two weeks ago. So hopefully that's last week's gain off plus a little bit more. Have given my notice to the consultant (I'm on social) that I'm planning to leave the group after this week, so we'll see what tomorrow holds on both counts.
I found a lunchtime (ish) group near my office so going to try that next week even though I'm not working yet. If it's a nice one, will check with my new boss if it's OK to take a slightly longer lunch that day and make it up the rest of the week. Their attitude towards work hours seemed pretty flexible, so I can't see it being an issue. Can always just weigh and go if need be though!
Today...
Breakfast - Porridge, berries and latte (A/B)
Lunch - Last of the pasta bake (SW recipe, it was huge :rotfl: )
Dinner - Fish and veggies
Just a little reminder that I don't post my syns and snacks here because I don't plan them in advance, but I do eat them!0
