breakfast- Weetabix (heb) with strawberry muller light, mixed berries (strawberries, blackberries, redcurrants, blackcurrants - not a vast amount as they are sharp)
mid morning - green grapes
lunch - spinach, cucumber, beetroot, cherry tomatoes. I've just realised writing this that I've left my potato at home. so will have an aldi cup shotz along side the salad (chicken one which is free)
mid afternoon: pineapple and melon chunks
tea (at training): more of my salad from lunch time plus some home made syn free cottage pie.
so changes to this:
I haven't eaten my melon and pineapple chunks yet although I'd forgotten I'd also added some chopped kiwi. I will probably munch on them at training.
I added some free cottage cheese to the salad too for a protein hit
still not hitting my water goal of 3 litres a day but getting closer now thank fully!
Also I was reminded today I've booked in the prize giving for an awards scheme I administer (through work) for tomorrow...on weigh day...when the hosts for this year do AMAZING catering. I shall hold myself back probably having none of it...although I will take some of the leftovers home as usually there is plenty left as a treat for Friday at work haha************************************

Lush the dress is absolutely beautiful. I'm sure it will give you the motivation to stick to plan.
Maman - I know what you mean - as my consultant always says "be good when you can and be careful when you can't". I'm still hoping to be at bottom end by the time we go on holiday which is probably around the same time as you - about 5 weeks or so.
Not too many weekends away between now an then; just a long weekend at the end of the month and then a Fri-Mon break. Will just need to stick to plan as much as possible!

Hiya
lush - love the dress, very stylish.
Beg - best wishes to the new baby and family. She was quite a good weight for 28 weeks, that will give her a good start, and girls are well known for being survivors .
Shala - your taco meal looked lovely on Instagram - was that homemade coleslaw with it? I noticed Asda do a coleslaw kit with prepared veg and a separate sachet of mayo for £1. The mayo could be swapped for a SW friendly alternative.
It's been lovely here today, not a drop of rain although it was forecast. I popped out to Lidl, which is 20 minutes drive from here, wearing sandals and a cardi (no coat or brolly) and when I got there it was pouring. I'm impressed with what they have to offer at Lidl, the prices are very reasonable so I'm going to try to shop there more often.
One thing I didn't get was Frylight. Anyone know if its on offer anywhere?

Has anyone tried any Deliciously Ella recipes? Hadn't heard of her previously but was looking for some recipe inspiration over the weekend and noticed her book is very popular at the moment. Had a look on her blog and think I'm going to give this one a go: http://deliciouslyella.com/mediterranean-vegetable-spaghetti/ (minus the olives - yuck!) If it goes well I might see about getting her book.[/QUOTE]
Thanks Rebster for this link, had the Mediterranean vegetable spaghetti for dinner tonight and it was amazing! Will definitely be checking book out and a spiralizer as well! Thanks again.DF by Christmas 2014 #78 £18,964.15/£15,000

I've been experimenting with higher carb (and higher syn
) this week. I have a feeling I'm going to be in for another gain. :rotfl: But in all honesty, I don't care right now! Just considering it a little bump in the road.
One thing I didn't get was Frylight. Anyone know if its on offer anywhere?

Doesn't look like it's on offer anywhere according to MySupermarket. Iceland is usually the cheapest when that's the case.0 -

Thanks for the inspiration, OH said it was the best meal he's had in a while.. i'm not sure whether that means that one meal was just amazing or that i'm usually a rubbish cook :rotfl:
It was homemade coleslaw - finely chopped onion & cabbage, grated carrot and yogurt, I also mixed a bit of mustard and pepper in just to give it a bit more taste. I don't shop at Asda so I haven't seen it, but might be worth it for a £1, I never know what to do with the leftover cabbage I have as we don't really like it and it saves all the prep work!
Bit of a weird eating day for me today - not gone totally off plan but I've had neither a red day or an EE day.. so it's a mix.. it doesn't make sense I knowI forgot I couldn't have couscous on red.. just pretend you didn't see it!;)
B - orange, yogurt, granola & cereal bar (heb or 6 syns)
