Thank you for all your kind comments. I have had a lovely day out with DH - we have been to see Florence Foster Jenkins (brilliant imo), done some shopping and some more shopping (you can guess the rest ;)).

While we were out we found out that our lovely great-neice has arrived into the world (after 28wks ). Fingers crossed all goes well and so far they have said that she is a little fighter. Such a worrying time for everyone.

Well done BEG, that's fantastic, you must feel and look like a whole new person! :T:T:T:A

You have truly lost an entire person!!!! I'm trying to get back to what you have lost! That's motivation for me! Thank you!

:rotfl::rotfl: My consultant told me I had lost her so I could give her a piggy back just to remind me what it felt like - I said 'no thank you' :D. You will do it lantanna - I have faith in you x
    Well done BEG!

Never really sure the hatred of BMI, when I had one over 30 I was really fat, between 25 and 30 I was pretty fat, and about 25 or less I wasn't that fat but still a bit fat, I never got it below 24 to find out how low it would go.

Thanks jock. My bmi last week was 23.8 and I was really chuffed with that but after my 1lb gain this week its gone up to 24 (sounds so much more to me :rotfl:).

Weigh in number 4 for me tonight and lost anothe 1.5lbs, that's 11.5 altogether so set target for next week to lose 2.5 which will get me my 1 stone award. Going to really up speed foods, drink lots of water and make sure I do 10,000 steps a day.

    Fantastic weight losses, really inspirational.

Clean jeans day today and definitely feeling a bit tighter than usual! Jumped on scales and definitely a gain and at top end of target. Hoping that today's SW friendly menu will reduce it a bit so I don't end up putting on 3lb in a week - I don't normally put that much on when I go on my 3 week holidays each year!!!

    It'll be EE today:

B - scrambled eggs on toast (2 slices of crustless WM)
L - carrot & lentil soup (1 slice crustless WM)
D - sausages (from local butchers); mash & veg; splash of gravy

HEA will be milk in tea throughout the day
    HEB - bread
    Syns - 2 sausages - 1

Lush :T:T exciting! What's your dress like? have you got a picture that's kind of like the style so we can see? not that i'm nosey or owt :o (completely understand if you don't want to show us though :))
this is mine http://www.findyourdreamweddingdress.co.uk/?attachment_id=7529 :) love it - complete change to what I was expecting!

Lush - I've got the 100 EE days book and think it's quite a good little book. Haven't used anything from it recently but think I might dig it out again when I do my next month's mealplan.

Ooh I shall invest then :) thank you

    Hope it's not THE dress!!:rotfl:

I think I'd have a coronary if he asked me to do that! haha

    today:
breakfast- Weetabix (heb) with strawberry muller light, mixed berries (strawberries, blackberries, redcurrants, blackcurrants - not a vast amount as they are sharp)
    mid morning - green grapes
lunch - spinach, cucumber, beetroot, cherry tomatoes. I've just realised writing this that I've left my potato at home. so will have an aldi cup shotz along side the salad (chicken one which is free)
mid afternoon: pineapple and melon chunks
tea (at training): more of my salad from lunch time plus some home made syn free cottage pie.

I'm off to a tiny business expo shortly (more of a networking thing than exhibition) for an hour or so and will have a walk in place of a lunch break when I get back :)

Might even try and do some reffing tonight depending on number at training and whether or not I can get the littlie to settle enough!

Weigh in tomorrow and I am a little optimistic. I hope I've lost at least 1lb :)

Lush - Dress is lovely, really really lovely. I'm sure you will look a million dollars in it!

Maman - I was a little confused by the dress as well there and who exactly was wearing it :rotfl:

BEG - Thoughts with the little one, everything crossed everything turns out ok.

Jocks - Oh my, if I could lose in 2 weeks what you have my problems would be over. Well done. :rotfl:
