Well done BEG on calling target. Plenty of room on the targeteers sofa!

Course there's room because we're all much thinner than we used to be!!:D
OH wants me to meet him at Wickes so I can lug about some paving flags for him. in a dress no less :/ he has some bright ideas sometimes!

    Hope it's not THE dress!!:rotfl:

Quick post as I'm dashing out after an early meal.

    EE menu:
B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: fried eggs, one potato, beetroot, mushrooms
D: corned beef hash with loads of Speed in and cabbage on the side
Syns: about 6 in hash (my share) but have a LO portion for tomorrow.

Had an idea I could make the same hash with a free/low syn tin of stewed steak, must experiment.

Have a good evening all especially those with WI.:)

    7lb loss for me!

Still early on for me, I normally do well the first two weeks based on the shock to my system. Won a goody bag and it seems to have better goodies!

Blind weigh in didn't really work, it just took ages and the last ten people were rushed!

Lush - I've got the 100 EE days book and think it's quite a good little book. Haven't used anything from it recently but think I might dig it out again when I do my next month's mealplan.

Come on then all you targeteers - shove up on that couch for another little one :D:D:D. Tonight was the final night of my countdown and I have decided to call target (actually gained 1lb tonight although not sure why). Have lost a total of 10st 3.5lbs since joining SW April 2014 and have snuck in with a final weight of 10st 13lb :j:j:j.

Totally agree with you Rebster re the bmi - when its right up high its the worst thing ever and then once its in the healthy range it counts for nothing - well I'm sorry it does it my bloomin book :rotfl:.

Hugs to everyone struggling at the moment xxx

Well done to all our lovely losers too :T:T:T

Hope you all have a good week.

    b_e_g

Well done :T. What an inspiration to everyone here especially anyone who is struggling.

You must be almost unrecognisable having halved your weight. You've lost a few lbs more than my current weight which I'm full of admiration for :A
