1lb loss tonight thanks
I was wearing shorts instead of jeans so suspect I've just sts in actual fact, but I'll go with the official WI. Maybe if I stick to plan this week I'll get a surprise next week0 -
I wore a dress and leggings and wondered the same. Hoping for good weather again next week so I can wear fewer/lighter clothes0

Totally agree with you Rebster re the bmi - when its right up high its the worst thing ever and then once its in the healthy range it counts for nothing - well I'm sorry it does it my bloomin book :rotfl:.
