I've got to go 'up north' with work tomorrow afternoon and won't be back until Friday - Not sure I'm going to have time/internet to leg on here, so if I'm not around for a bit - hope everyone has a fab week!
Today I've got planned:
Breakfast - sweetened quark, blueberries, strawberries and a banana
Lunch - Baby spinach, yellow pepper, baby toms, carrot sticks, cottage cheese, hummus(3) - I made the same for on the train tomorrow.
Dinner - Mushroom omelette.
I need to eat the other half of the watermelon, a tub of strawberries and a handful of apples (though I could just shove them in my bag) before I go, so will be snacking on those today.
Body magic - I'm planning on the gym first thing, and again n friday.
Not sure what options will be in/near the hotel, so that might be it for this week. That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.

Just plodding, don t know what has happened but just cant make myself behave.
Feeling out of control with it and that's not a good place to be.
I need a month of sticking religiously to it to get anywhere and I just cant make myself do it : (

Checking with a 2 lb loss
Actually I keep getting quarter lbs results but the SW site won't allow that - it was actually 2 and a quarter lbs but I rounded it down to 2......pleased with that. 23lbs off since Feb 22.....just beginning to notice it a bit now, jeans a bit looser.
Happy Monday everyone xx0 -

Morning all
Well done Morello and everyone else reporting weight losses.
It started off a bit damp this morning but the drizzle seems to have cleared away and I can see some patches of blue sky. DH is playing golf so he was hoping for a fine day.
I was looking for syn values for Old El Paso spice sachets yesterday and noticed an item that was shown as being 40.5 syns - 'Old El Paso One Pan Rice Meal Extra Mild Super Tasty (355g pack)' - so being curious as to what could possibly make it so bad I looked it up on a supermarket website. I was still mystified, you add chicken, peppers, sweetcorn and onions and it looks like a paella. So I put the nutrition info into the syns calculator using rice as free food and it came out as 5.5 syns. It costs £2.00 and all you get is rice, lime sauce and seasoning so it really wouldn't be difficult to make something similar from scratch, syn free.
Lantanna - I know exactly where you're coming from. I thought going to class would give me the focus I need, but I keep going off the rails. The problem isn't being surrounded by temptation in the shop either, yesterday it was a toasted teacake in the garden centre cafe... I seem to be starting again from Day One every day at the moment, goodness knows what the scales will say at class tomorrow.
Have a good day everyone.

Morning all - checking in with 1 lb loss slow and steady for me...I've now got 8.5 lb off - people are starting to see a difference....one big hlep is I went and got a good bra...so I've been rounded up and I'm pointing in the right direction now lol
We had a lovely weekend - the weather was glorious yesterday and we spent the whole day in the garden.
My daughter has paid me a lovely compliment by saying she wants to come to my SW class as she thinks I'm looking so well...my daughter does NOT do diets...so this is a big step for her. She's put on weight since she's been on the pill...but she definitely doesn't want any more children...to be fair I love my grandkids but they are a handful lol so I agree lol.
Plan this week is to get loads of water in me...I think I've been slacking in that and I think it will help with loss.
My group are doing a scran bran challenge this week...(I'm not yeuchhh!!) where they are eating 5 scran bran a day and 3 L of water...I just think you'd be pooping for Ireland!
We had jersey royals yesterday and they were gorgeous!! Will have some more tonight with salmon, brocolli and red pepper sauce0 -
Lois & Beanie, with me its just I want to eat the food more than I want to be slim right now. Its just not as important as it used or be or I just don't care enough. Boredom maybe is a part of it. £ is definitely linked to my eating. When there is a lack of it about I eat. When I am not going into clothes shops and trying clothes on regularly I eat, same goes for not going out that much as I'm not slimming for outfits or thinking how I want to look in something at the weekend etc.
Vicious circle and one I can't seem to get out of at the minute.
Hopefully all 3 of us will get back in the zone.0
