I've been experimenting with higher carb (and higher syn
) this week. I have a feeling I'm going to be in for another gain. :rotfl: But in all honesty, I don't care right now! Just considering it a little bump in the road.
Doesn't look like it's on offer anywhere according to MySupermarket. Iceland is usually the cheapest when that's the case.
ALDI sometimes have it for £1.50, it's from an old special buy but it never seems that popular!0 -
Lost another 1lb this week. More pleased about being under 10 stone now though only just. Well done to the SOTW and other losers. Hugs to those who need it.
I've said this before but I know I don't post much so don't contribute. However, want to say thanks again for the support I've received from the thread. Just reading (when I can catch up) has given me loads of useful info :A0 -
Morning! Just dropping by quickly with my first weigh in.
- 2LBS PLEASE
Thank you! XxShe believed she could, so she did.0 -
Morning,
Getting through lots of water here which is good and upping the veg and fruit too. So far a good enough week. Just to keep going.
Looking forward to having a large salad for tea with all the pickles etc.
Not much else happening. Off to deliver some training this afternoon to some unruly men :rotfl: That's as exciting as it gets here right now lol0 -
Well it's 10:30 and I'm sitting here with a fruit lolly :rotfl: but in my defence, I've been out all morning digging up the garden before it gets too hot.
Breakfast - Mini wheats with fruit and latte (A/B)
Lunch - Leftover pasta bake and salad
Dinner - Leftover chilli. Might do stuffed peppers with it as I have a few to use up.
Hope everyone is having a lovely day. It was cloudy here to start but is brightening (and heating) up now.0 -
Morning everyone!
Thanks for the coleslaw reminder Shala! Did KFC chicken, wedges, coleslaw and corn ages ago and really enjoyed it but haven't had it since Might do it again on Saturday now!
Managed to stay on plan yesterday but was feeling off in the evening so didn't get to the gym.
Must try to avoid the chocolate mud cake I'm making today!0 -
:T well done to losers I love to see them coming in!:DDoesn't look like it's on offer anywhere according to MySupermarket. Iceland is usually the cheapest when that's the case.jockosjungle wrote: »ALDI sometimes have it for £1.50, it's from an old special buy but it never seems that popular!
I've been stocking up in Aldi lately as they've had the Olive Oil one at £1.50 on special but it's coming to an end now so I wouldn't make a special trip in case your branch has sold out.
I did see small packs (100ml) in one of the £ shops last week which is just marginally cheaper than Iceland but again not worth a drive.
Frylight is sometimes £1.50 in Home Bargains too but not stocked regularly.
I tend to buy several packs when I see them at £1.50.
Not sure what's happening today. I've had SW breakfast (scrambled eggs on HEB), will find something SW friendly for lunch (probably JP with pickles and something) but dinner is yet to be decided.
We're out for a guided walk around a local parkland which has a national collection of rhododendrons and azaleas in the early evening. If we come straight home I'll dig Bolognese from the freezer. If we eat out......
I'll try to do what your consultant recommends denise.;)0 -
Amazingly I managed to get away with a 1/2lb gain - was expecting at least a 2lb gain.
Will stick to plan better this week, I hope as would really like to get to bottom end of range before holiday starts next month, so really need a lb a week!
Maman - enjoy your walk and the rhodedendrms & azealeas. I think they aree both beautiful flowers.

Just realised I haven't posted today's EE plan:
B - fruit after WI
L - egg mayo sandwiches HEB
D - Hairy Bikers ginger & chilli salmon, boiled new potatoes, lettuce, cucumber, peppers, tomatoes. Think it works out at 2 syns.
Can't drink plain water so am trying to drink plenty of squash.

thank you everyone for the lovely comments re the dress; I'm sat here waiting for the vicar to ring to arrange a meeting to discuss the ceremony - eep! all very real now whilst I've been plodding along in blissful ignorance (maybe not the right word?) knowing the wedding would happen eventually haha
been for a meeting at the national coal mining museum here in Wakefield today - I was shown the grounds which I hadn't seen before I had no idea there was so much there!
Today has looked like this:
breakfast: mullerlight
lunch: Couple of wholemeal sandwich triangles (beef and pickle no spread...hardly any pickle sadly haha! 2 1.5cm slices of wraps and a mini (and I mean not even worth it) !clair. at the work event
tea: taking the following to group for after I get weighed: tuna salad with cottage cheese (free) pineapple chunks and grapes!
I am hoping the scales at group are as kind to me as the scales at home!
currently working on drinking 1.5lt water in the next 40 minutes haha - trying to fend off a headache caused by all this heat!************************************
