Oh & jeans came today.
Too tired to try them on
Legs look very skinny  ( I have truly dire legs).
The brown ones are an interesting shade. Not yellow but a interesting sludgy mud colour. Will see what they look like on.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. Brilliant losses :T:T
I on the other hand put on 0.5lb last night so I'm in a mood...ate the same as OH this week and he lost 3!
Day off today but I've woken up early anyway so I'll go do my treadmill workout thing, I'll be chuntering all the way though it no doubt then I'll sort out a meal plan for the week.
OH is out all day today so plenty of time to take stock of what we have in the cupboards and work out what I can do to shift this weight!
Have a good day, be back later with my menu for the day..Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
Morning - 4 for me please Shala, which sounds great but was just the gain from last week off.
Hopefully make some progress this week.0 -
Morning all,
the scales gave me a STS last night. I was not impressed considering I'd had a good week last week! Going to do a food diary this week then give it to my consultant next week. Doing my own and then will photocopy and hand the copy in because I find the SW ones ridiculously small!
There was lots of walking yesterday and there will be more today but food wise looks like this:
breakfast: mullerlight strawberry and some pineapple
snack: grapes
lunch (later than usual due to an event): tuna salad (tuna, beetroot, cucumber, tomatoes, spinach and free cottage cheese)
snack: pack of space raiders 3syn
tea: I've got some chicken out to defrost. going to do chicken topped with bacon (all fat removed). the others will have chips with theirs. I will have a small jacket potato and salad (spinach, beetroot, pickled onion, cucumber) 2syn for 1 level tablespoon of crispy onion pieces
drinks: water (minimum 1.5 litres whilst at my desk) tea (2 cups - milk from HeA, a diet coke at the event later
saving my B choice to have something tonight - probably a couple of bars whilst OH snacks on chocolate etc!************************************

Shala - snap! Exactly the same for me and DH this week apart from one of the meals out when he had fish & chips and I had a goats cheese salad! I had a gain of 1/2lb and DH had a loss of 3lb!
Today's plan will be EE again:
B - mushrooms on toast; slice of garlic sausage (think may have syns, will look up later)
L - HM mixed veg soup; 1 slice of bread
D - Spanish rice with chicken & chorizo
HEA - milk
HEB - 3 slices of crustless bread
Syns - chorizo 1.5; garlic sausage ?
