No point in getting annoyed about the number, I've not even seen this number all week so I'm hoping I won't see it again.

I have my drop in fat % only done the other day to go as well.

Will just see what it says next Friday. If I'm still 4 lbs up then then I will start worrying lol

Have a goodweekend all, Oh is anyone watching The Secret on Itv, 1st part was on last Friday night, really really good, worth watching on I player if you missed it. Prob more interesting to me coz its based here.

Off home to relax, yay, steak and veg for tea. Weekend gin to follow : )

    Have a good one all!

    Which one have you got?

We needed a new vacuum for the shop and spent the winter considering either the Bosch or the VTec Air Ram, then saw a (corded) Vax in the Range for £99.99 and bought it! I can't clean the whole shop without relocating the plug though. :rotfl:

    LL :)

I treated myself to the GTECH air rams I have both. The handheld one is brills on the stairs and the upright one. Can honestly say my living room carpet as never looked so dog haired free since I had Poppy my little girl (dog)

Did have a vax carpet shampooer which I used 4 times in as many years got rid a couple months ago it was biggest waste of money ever. Used to wet carpet through and left it wet then Poppy came in from outside and with carpet being wet all mud off her paws ended back on the carpet :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Morning all.

I was to head out for a walk today, but asI awoke to rain decided to put it off.

The forecast is supposed to brighten from 10 (yet to see this) so I'm going to put on 'proper' (outdoor) clothes and venture forth.

Food so far has been breakfast - hard boiled egg, bacon, hummus (3 syn), WM roll.

Lunch was to be a baked potato at the market. To be seen if I make it that far...
That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.

Starting the challenge right with +1lb today. :rotfl:

I flipped through all my SW cookbooks trying to meal plan last night and wasn't inspired by any of them so picked up the veggie one today at group. Been wanting lighter meals now the weather is warmer, much less meat. Will see how carnivore DH reacts to that but trying an experiment tonight of serving the same base but with meat for him, veggie for me.

Breakfast - Overnight oats (HEB + 2 syns for my non-Mullerlight yoghurt)
Lunch - Fridge rummage! Probably jacket and beans
Dinner - Steak fajita salad with tofu instead of steak for me.

So I think that qualifies as another green day? Really must pull out my old books! HEA was milk in my latte but had that when I got home from group rather than with breakfast as usual.

Funny tweets, I seem to lose weight in chunks twice a week when I track daily - Tuesdays and Fridays. Happens almost every week, except the weeks when I have a big loss where I go down a little every day.

It's still bright and sunny here newshadow, not that I've got much planned.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 fried eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: probably JP with cottage cheese and pickles
D: Lidl pulled beef, patatas bravas, mushrooms, broad beans, broccoli
Syns: squirt of HP sauce, I think there's 1 syn in the beef and then there's weekend wine!:D

I'd like to ask advice about baking trays for making SW chips and roasties. I remember some chat a while back about Frylight wrecking ceramic frying pans. I'm finding it's doing the same with baking trays. I do my chips on a baking tray with one of those mesh liners to stop them sticking. The Frylight leaves a gungey residue. DH sometimes decides to get it off with soaking and faffing about but I CBA. I've tried cheap trays and expensive ones and the same thing happens so I just use them for a while and then replace (sorry Martin:o). The ones that clean up best (in dishwasher) are stainless steel but I only have roasting tins (with sides) in stainless steel, never seen flat trays and not sure if chips would work in them I've just used them for med veg. Any ideas?

maman, you could use cheapo foil to line the tray. Again not the most MSE but it's what I do whenever I'm cooking something that's going to make a massive mess of the tray. I use T value stuff and it's fine, 65p a roll and lasts me ages.

I've given up on SW chips though, I just syn some proper ones instead! My faves are only 2.5 syns per 100g, I can take that for the extra tastiness. :D
