I feel like such a failure : (
Joined SW two weeks ago. At my first weigh in I'd gained 0.5lb. I was fully expecting this, because although I stuck to the plan I was due my period and am always heavier. I had my second weigh in today. My period is almost gone but I've stayed the same. As soon as I left I burst into tears!
I've put so much effort in and even bought a food processor and oven dishes to make SW recipes (I hate cooking) so I'm just gutted that I've got nothing to show for it. I write down everything that I eat, weigh my oats every day and have lots of speed foods. I average about 8 syns per day.
So after a fortnight of trying really, really hard I'm 0.5lb heavier than when I started. I'm so embarrassed because it looks as if I've been cheating and I haven't.
Tonight, however, I was so angry and upset I've just eaten 40 syns worth of hula hoops and malteasers!!0 -
Wow zuzu I think I'd cry at that as well. Did you get a chance to speak to the consultant about it?
If it helps you can post your food here and someone will look it over and see if we can help.0 -

Stick with it! SW guarantee a loss and a refund if you stick to plan for 4 weeks.
Draw a line under today and start again; but stick to about 8-10 syns a day until WI next week and hopefully you'll see a loss.

Very pleased to report a loss of 2.5lb last night - that's my gains from the last two weeks kicked to the curb
I have called target for the next five weeks after which I will lower it again. Hoping to get to the bottom end which would give me my 1.5st sticker and my club 10 (only need 1lb for club10) in time for the wedding that way I will have almost achieved the 2st loss I wanted before the big day
I do really appreciate my consultant. I have acalled target but asked for none of the who-ha/certificates etc as I definitely have at least 1st 10lb left to lose (plus any wedding/holiday gain) before my final target at which point I will celebrate************************************

Morning all!
Brekkie - Scrambled eggs (rest of office having wonderful smelling bacon/sausage butties!)
Dinner - leftover quorn & veg pasta from last night.
Tea - not sure yet, I'm out tonight so need to research best places to eat out - if I leave it til after a few drinks I'm likely to just say "Sod it, it's Friday lets have pizza!"
Going to make Friday lunchtime my weigh in as I need to use the machine at Boots - decided my home scales are very unreliable as I fluctuated by 5lbs in the space of a couple of mins when weighing this morning!?!?Wondering how to have a life & not rack up more debts...0
