I had these really juicy lips when I was young and I have over the years realised that my lips have got thinner and thinner giving me a severe look. so I bit the bullet and got this done today....it hurt like a son-of-a-gun!!! (well...to put it in to perspective I have a terrible fear of the dentist and the chic who did this today is a brilliant dentist!!!)
result is I'm really happy...the swelling has gone down and I think I'll get them filled up in two weeks |(free of charge) cos I can lol!!
Anyone of the family who has seen it says it takes years off me...happy camper!!
Oh my that's something I've been thinking about doing for about a year now and I've really thin lips too - can only wear lip glosses etc as any colour just thins them out. I might be following you in a couple of months. But I don't want mine to be noticeable I just want people to think I look well but not no what it is. My mother would absolutely kill me for a start and I'd never here the end of it. Mind you I was getting a filling yesterday and had my cheek injected and its still flippin aching!0 -
Totally irrelevant but the Marks Meal Deal is on this week and the Rotisserie and Peri Peri full Chickens are on it it. I'm going to get the Peri Peri one my fave, eat the strawberries, need to think about the side and get the wine to be put away for xmas.
In other irrelevant ramblings currently waiting for the Halifax to ring me back to see if they are upholding my complaint about mis sold bank account. Fingers crossed they do and I might do wild and buy two meal deals.
If anyone likes Kopperberg Light its on offer for 3 for £5 in Asda at the min and I think don't quote me 4 syns for the tin and 8 for a 500 ml bottle which I think is quite good if you just want to have one or 2.
Have been good today so far, first proper day behaving in a while. Really have too as the !!! is going to go in these work trousers any day and I'm not going out to buy a size 16 again!
Meg - I will join you and Beanie anytime on that sofa for a drink lol0 -
Sorry I haven't managed to read through properly today but well done for anyone with losses.:T
Visitors called unexpectedly and I've only just managed to finish my lunch. DH won't be home until late so delaying dinner is probably a good idea.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 fried eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: ham, fried veg, beetroot (just one potato so quite a SP meal)SW chilli (con carne this time) with rice, cottage cheese and possibly even some SW chips.
Syns: probably chocolate (3 or 4 syns)0 -
You are a star, candyapple. Enjoy your holiday.
It’s a beautiful day here today.
But I have been careless. Firstly I didn’t watch the time when I was making cards this morning. I should have been cleaning the bathroom but DH was faffing about in there and I got fed up waiting to start and decided to swap morning and afternoon plans. So I didn’t have time to make the soup for lunch (it was about 1.00 when DH asked what we were having for lunch and before anyone says he could make something he knows I usually have everything planned and he’d be in BIG trouble if he used the ‘wrong’ stuff) because he had to be out for an appointment. So lunch was off plan. Add to that I made creamy chicken tagliatelli (clue is in the name) which would have been ok if I hadn’t gone wrong at lunch time – I couldn’t be a***d thinking up something else. At least the cream was Elmlea light, lol. Oh, and I never did clean the bathroom! I should have made the soup when DH was in the bathroom and there would not have been an issue.
So Wednesday’s Weakness
Pre Breakfast: banana
Breakfast: hexb porridge made with water. Splash hexa mik
Lunch: ham and part hexa Emmenthal sandwich (6), apple, 2 gingernuts (4)
Snack: fs Twix and some lime Doritos (it’s all gone to pot now!)
Dinner: creamy chicken, mushroom and onion tagliatelli (5), hm olive bread (4)
Snack: there will definitely be one!

Can I please have -1 for the chart please shala. Think I've just made my target and might call this as my overall target. Was 12st 9 and now 9st 7. Am I right in thinking if my target is 9st 7 it allows me +/- 3lb so could be 9st 4 to 9st 10?
Well done to SOTW and everyone else who is still losing over the summer. Thanks to Shaka as always for keeping us on track.0
