Hi again
Well done Beanie and Tweets :T and thanks as always for the chart Shala. Just realised i only need to lose 1 more pound to get my target for the challenge as well as a virtual 3.5st shiny.
Congratulations for getting to target MrsP :j you must be really pleased.
Tweets, your total weight loss is 1.
Just been watching Eat Well for Less - the family were living on ready meals and all eating different things at different times because the Dad has coeliac disease, they were spending a fortune. The poor man was living on salad and very little else so being given gluten free versions of his favourite meals must have been like heaven for him.
He was diagnosed 6 years ago and he must have been given guidelines about what to eat, but I think they'd forgotten it all.
Back tomorrow, sleep tight.

Slinking in with a very not MSE story...I got lip fillers done today!! I have a bunch of saving tins I save in an this was something I've been wanting to do for a big time!! I had these really juicy lips when I was young and I have over the years realised that my lips have got thinner and thinner giving me a severe look. so I bit the bullet and got this done today....it hurt like a son-of-a-gun!!! (well...to put it in to perspective I have a terrible fear of the dentist and the chic who did this today is a brilliant dentist!!!)
result is I'm really happy...the swelling has gone down and I think I'll get them filled up in two weeks |(free of charge) cos I can lol!!
Anyone of the family who has seen it says it takes years off me...happy camper!!0 -
Congratulations MrsP, hitting target is an amazing achievement!
Thank you for the chart Shala
Well done Beanie and Tweets, our joint SOTW :-) Well done to ruby eskimo too, great loss.
Good luck with your one stone award rjhammond91, it's a satisfying milestone.
Thanks GreenTiger, I hadn't thought of it as body magic but that makes me feel better :-)
Ginger furball you only live once #YOLO! If the fillers make you feel good about yourself then why not :-) Great that you're getting compliments about looking younger too!
Sorry to anyone I've missed, I'm on my phone before heading out to the hospital. My Auntie has had a stroke and I'm going to pick my Mum up to visit her and sort anything out that needs sorting. Really hoping she makes a full recovery though I think it will be a long road.0 -

Good Morning
Weather sunny today
Thank you Lois :T0 -
Hello,
I've been away for a week just in a caravan. Got a bit scared going on the scales cos I'd had quite a bit of naughtiness but talked myself into doing the deed this morning and I'm the same weight which I will take as a positive. I came back Friday and Saturday was a bbq and a night out so back on track properly on Sunday. Today I will be making a spinach and ricotta filo sw pie for dinner. I've already had ready Brek made with coconut and almond milk with a handful of mixed berries and 2 coffees. Not sure about lunch yet... That's the meal I generally get stuck on. Anyway hopefully back on the straight and narrow, got under a stone to go to target now:j0 -
Hi everyone.
Beautiful day here and I am going to see a friend this afternoon for a coffee and a catch up. She has lost almost 4 stone (going to a weight management clinic) so there will be no temptations in sight. She still has at least another 4 to go but I'm thrilled for her and you can really see the difference now.
Today's food
B banana
L toast and baked beans (Heb), nectarine
D veg and lentil casserole with an aunt Bessie dumpling (need to check syns)
Snacks strawbs and rasps from garden
Hea will be milk in tea/coffee.
Have a good day!0 -
:j Wow! Target Member MrsP. Well done!:jWell done Tweets
Aren't we clever
greentiger, you mustn't scoff at a small loss and sunny STS after a holiday is excellent.:T
Sorry you were too stressed to have any dinner rj but at least your snacks were SW friendly. Good luck for tonight.:)
Fabulous weather here today, wish I had something exciting to do but I really must go into the city centre. If I'm really hungry I might have lunch out (probably Pret tuna salad) but otherwise I'll have my usual LOs when I get home.
I've got some cauli and broccoli to use up so will have cheese sauce tonight. That's a treat since getting to target as I banned cheese for the 10 months or so it took me to get there. I'd have an occasional cheeseboard for an off plan meal out but didn't buy any as I couldn't trust myself.
Hope you're OK lantanna and lush? and not seen b-e-g for a bit either.:)
Today's EE menu:
B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk with drinks
L: salad or LOsbaked haddock, new potatoes, carrots, broccoli and cauli cheese
Syns: cheese sauce0
