Morning everyone, hope you had a great weekend.

I need to ask a silly question please!

I'm going to try and have a speed week and just want to check I've got it right. So each day I'd have one HEA, two HEBs, any items from the Speed list, any items from the Protein list, 15 syns per day but NO free food. Is that right?

    Thanks!

    Morning all

Reporting in with a loss of 1lb.:j That means I only need to lose 1 more pound and I'll have lost 3.5 stone. :)

  • Morning all - haven't posted in a while but I've been reading the thread and sticking to plan as close as possible...I'm not in this challenge (looking forward to getting stuck into the next one - which starts next week...right?)

Went to WI Saturday and pleased with 1.5 lb offand chuffed with that - that's 18 in total so far...it's coming off slowly but it is coming off. I found a *before* picture - which I'll keep and I have to say I can see a good difference. I'm 2.5 lbs off my next stone...so that would take me under 14 stone and into the 13s which I havent seen in a LOOONNNGGGG time.

I'm looking at dresses for this wedding we're going to in 4 weeks...that's always motivating to getting my bum in gear!!

Well done to all WOTYs!! :T

    Well done losers! :D

Thanks Lois, I'm aiming for four speed days before my Saturday weigh-in! Only 1lb to go until 3.5 stone is incredible! I need to nail 2lbs this week to hit my 14lb target for this challenge (I think).

Good luck back on plan Mary Hinge!

Congrats on the too-big jeans Shala, always a fantastic feeling!

Glad you enjoyed the hash lois and good luck with getting your virtual shiny this week! Are you and Mr Lane still keeping away from the wine syns?

That's right betty. I checked in my book and it doesn't give any proportions whereas I'd always assumed it was 50:50 Speed and Protein. I think what I'd do is lean towards Speed but have plenty of 'carby' Speed like carrots and swede for my main meals. But maybe you can manage on a lettuce leaf!:D I know I couldn't.

Your menu looks really good today rainedaze and don't worry about fluid retention that should go easily. Do make sure you're drinking plenty of water.:)

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk
L: LO beef, potatoes and veg
D: gammon slices, SW chips, runner beans, mushrooms and tomatoes
Syns: squirt of syrup, maybe some chocolate or a biscuit at my dance class

Hope everyone has had a good weekend. Still no decent rain here so pot watering still goes on. Still very windy and managed to get some more washing dry - in about 2 hours!

    Today's plan:

B - bacon & mushroom omlette - 2 syns for lardons (didn't have any lean bacon)
L - chilli noodles with prawns & salady bits in (should have been sweet chilli sauce but I picked up the wrong bottle!) - only good thing with using the wrong sauce was it was only 1 syn instead of 4
D - LO beef, chips, baked beans; salad

    HEA - milk
HEB - not sure but may have a hifi bar and a slice of toast later

    Syns - lardons 2; chilli sauce 1; butter 2

    Thank you.

Yes, we're both still on the wagon until Saturday 3rd September which is the last day we're open 8 till 8, and we've got a nice Rioja lined up ready - that will get us in the mood for returning to Spain 2 months later. :D :j  Our livers are probably grateful for the rest before vino tinto times are with us again.
