Just got back from a hectic afternoon. Went to work then straight to the dealership, test drove the car, circled around with finance umming and ahhing (pretending) then bought the car! Then rush back to work to pick up mum knowing we'll be late but there's a group straight after and our consultant is good and will let people WI between. I thought ahead and bought my super light dress to change into after a nip to the loo. Run back to the scales, step, and I lost 2.5lbs :j:j:j:j
Thus is my largest single week weight loss and it means I hit target!!!! :j:j:j
So, so, so, so happy! And it was the last week of my countdown. Talk about MSE:rotfl:
Well done mrsp :T:T:T0 -
I’m rooting for you, Lois; you can do it! Thanks for roro info. I used to have them all the time, but I forgot so decided to over rather than under estimate.
Good losses, gfb and mrsp (and brill to get to target!).
Congratulations, beanie & tweets, on being SOTWs.
I’m posting a measly 0.4lb loss today. As I’ve said to others, it’s better than nothing. I think I may just miss my target for the challenge, lol. Thanks for keeping the chart, shala.
Hardly any rain here today!
Oh, Betty, that’s awful! But there was a lot of body magic cleaning up!
Munday’s Munchings
Pre Breakfast: banana
Breakfast: zilch – had some appointments to keep after I’d dropped DGS at school

Well done Mrsp!
Food today -
B - 2 weetabix with canderel. No speed.. Shame on me!
L - tuna, peppers, onions, cucumber and spinach.
Nothing for dinner as I'm too stressed out coming back from work and didn't eat lunch till about 3!
Snacks - Apple, grapes, toffee muller light, carrot sticks and a packet of wotsits (4 and a half syns).
Weigh in tomorrow.. Just need that 1 and a half lbs and I will get my 1 stone award. Gunning for it!
Hope you've all had a good weekend! Xx0 -
Thanks for the chart shala.

ruby_eskimo wrote: »Morning everyone! Hope you all had a good weekend - we spent most of it in Ikea looking at what furniture we need to get when we move. Couldn't resist a hot dog at the end of it all but since I'd been under on my syns all week I wasn't too worried.
Weighed in this morning and after my first proper week back on plan, I've lost 2.8lbs! Very happy with that as I'm aiming for a 1lb a week loss so I'll be at target by my 30th birthday in March. Back to it for week 2:
B - ff yogurt, benefit light bar (1/2 HEB), 2 kiwis
L - Picky Salad (tomatoes, cucumber, LO roast chicken, 50% fat mozarella - HEA), balsamic vinegar, 2 clementines
D - Jacket potato with beans, side salad
S - Banana pre-workout, boiled egg post workout, hot chocolate (2 syns), benefit light bar (1/2 HEB)
Really loving the benefit bars from aldi. They're so much denser than the alpen light bars and really feel you up, hence why I can only eat one at a time!
REALLY got to get me some of them 'feel you up' benefit bars :rotfl:Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Well done SOWs :A
Very well done MrsP 'budges up on target sofa' have a seat my lovely :T:T
Been a funny old weekend, once I got motivated I became a whirling dervish. Between coats drying I was having a clear out of the cupboards. Amazing how much space there is when you get rid of all the out of date stuff
. Legs were killing me from all the crouching/kneeling then up and down ladder. But just think of all the BM
.
So Sunday hubby had to take his van back, all the way to Stevenage . So my boy had to drive 'the beast' (Shogun) and follow him. He's never driven it that far so was extremely anxious. I ummed and arred about going with and thought it would be less anxious for me if I went and he was very good. Put me at my ease and I think I put him at his ease too! Had painful trip back with restless legs but got straight into making coleslaw and coconut chicken curry when we got home. Cut the stalk from the cabbage, chopped it up and bunged in the curry :A. So that was my tea
.
LO today on a bed of spinach as hadn't had any speed (only had porridge & blueberries). More BM as cleaned behind the fridge
Feet up now :rotfl:Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
