Hope everyone has had a good weekend. Still no decent rain here so pot watering still goes on. Still very windy and managed to get some more washing dry - in about 2 hours!
Today's plan:
B - bacon & mushroom omlette - 2 syns for lardons (didn't have any lean bacon)
L - chilli noodles with prawns & salady bits in (should have been sweet chilli sauce but I picked up the wrong bottle!) - only good thing with using the wrong sauce was it was only 1 syn instead of 4
D - LO beef, chips, baked beans; salad
HEA - milk
HEB - not sure but may have a hifi bar and a slice of toast later
Syns - lardons 2; chilli sauce 1; butter 2
Denise
I could send you some rain its monsooning here plenty to go around lol.0 -

Thanks maman, I definitely couldn't manage on a lettuce life and need "chunkier" veg.
How's this for a sad tale? I made a batch of carrot and coriander soup for lunch only I dropped the pan and lost the lot - all over the kitchen floor (and up the walls and over the radiator and in my shoes...) I may have said "oh dear me". So I had a quick rethink and had an omelette with red peppers and onion and a big side salad. Hoping that's still Speedy?!0 -
Thanks Betty!
Day 2 on the band wagon!
B: oat biscuits (b) strawberries and gala melon
L: pasta salad, tomato, ham, peppers, beetroot (1syn mayo)campfire stew (ish) used some bbq sauce (2-3 syns) instead of the chillie so that missy H can have some too, added extra mushrooms, peppers and tinned tomatoes to up the speed will maybe have rice or sw chips undecided yet
He A milk for teas, syns maybe a kitkat or some aldi monstermunch, fruit for evening munchies

Good luck with the bootcamp mary hinge, I can just about summon the courage to workout in front on my husband in the living room, let alone with a bunch of strangers. I time my visits to the gym when I know there's no one else there (it's a work gym, very basic equipment but for £5 out of my pay, it's better than nothing).Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170

An off plan meal turned into an off plan day, oops. Scales this morning showing a hefty gain but I think it's mostly temporary and will balance out by the end of the week. But have decided no more off plan meals as a treat, I completely lose sight of the wagon. Much easier to just stay within plan.
Have also decided I want to push to target for xmas, which is about 18 weeks away. Works out at an average of 1.5lbs a week which might be a bit aggressive but going to give it a go!0 -
Just got back from a hectic afternoon. Went to work then straight to the dealership, test drove the car, circled around with finance umming and ahhing (pretending) then bought the car! Then rush back to work to pick up mum knowing we'll be late but there's a group straight after and our consultant is good and will let people WI between. I thought ahead and bought my super light dress to change into after a nip to the loo. Run back to the scales, step, and I lost 2.5lbs :j:j:j:j
Thus is my largest single week weight loss and it means I hit target!!!! :j:j:j
So, so, so, so happy! And it was the last week of my countdown. Talk about MSE:rotfl:0 -
