Happy Birthday Beanie!! Hope you are having a lovely day.
I'm going to go crazy and set myself a target of 18lbs off for the Halloween challenge please Shala.0 -
I'd love to join in your next challenge. I'd like to aim for 10lbwhich brings me more or less to target. How do you decide on your targets? At first I was just bemused weight was coming off and then I settled for the top Bmi for myself and then I rethought and shaved another 3 lbs off so my target weight would be all ones 11 stone 11lb :j:j0

We've finally be told our motorhome with be ready Wednesday next week so we'll be flying back to France on Thursday morning - can't wait. We'll have just over a month away this time.
Having a "use it up" week this week so not sticking to plan entirely but will be good when I can and careful when I can't.
No point in posting my menus when I'm not really following the plan properly. Will continue to read but probably not post.

As I've just reached target I think I'll pass on this challenge as I can sometimes put myself under a lot of pressure. So if I say I want to maintain and then have a gain I might freak out a little so I think I'll wait and get used to maintaining and find my rhythm.
Love the emojis and smilies btw the Shala0 -
I'm on 30th (Tuesday) thanks for the happy birthday though.
Already glugging wine here. The long weekend has started in earnest. Eeek!
I'll join in the challenge with 7LB please thanks as always for keeping us in line and updated xx0 -
Well done, lush and Betty.
Love the happies, shala. Put me down for 9lbs for the next challenge, please. I don’t think I’ve ever managed to meet the challenge, but if I don’t aim higher, I won’t get anywhere.
