Can I please have -1 for the chart shala. At last a loss after STS.

Well done to SOTW and any other losers :T
  • heavens above I am so down about the whole toilet issue now - sorry for the tmi but still no movement; 14 days now which is a record for me :( I bought some senna yesterday and still no relief :( I'll be off to the dr tomorrow to see if they suggest anything new

Not hopeful for any positive movement on the scales tonight

  • Hi everyone

Checking with a 1lb gain for this week. Not too down about it as I've found it hard to stick to healthy eating this week, so I'm just pleased it wasn't more of a gain! Head back in the game hopefully for this week. Well done all who have managed a loss this week :T

Hugs to those struggling. I hope you get yourself sorted lush that sounds awful.

    Today's food:

B - porridge with choc shot (0.5) and strawberries
L - not sure on this yet, might fancy an omelette
T - tuna & sweetcorn fritters, SW chips & salad

    Syns to be decided later

    Have a good day everyone
    xx

    2.5lb loss for me:j

I can see my Dad saying to me - 'you know what to do to lose weight - eat cake' as this was the exact weight I lost when I last had a slice of cheesecake from the cheesecake and cake shop near me.:rotfl:

Also the first time I have lost weight whilst on antibiotics. :jHave either gained or maintained in the past.

:T to debjay and scarlet. It's hard to get any losses during the holiday period. I think STS is an achievement or getting rid of holiday gains.:)

Belated birthday wishes to MrWiz. I think an off plan meal is definitely allowed under the circumstances wiz.:)

You must get the GP as soon as you can lush. Knowing that you eat loads of Speed, you definitely need some help.:A

I've portioned up the veggie chilli for the freezer and sliced up the chicken breast to defrost for dinner so I'm well organised.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk
L: ham, pickles and bubble & squeak (mash, carrots, onions, cauli, peas).
D: chicken stir fry (mushrooms, spring onions, carrot, courgette, sugar snaps) with brown rice
Syns: squirt of syrup, tbsp. of honey in stir fry sauce

Today is the 5th Anniversary of my getting to target. Blowing my own trumpet I've only ever gone above range once by 1lb and reined it back within the week:o. Decided not to go to WI as it's a bad week for off plan meals but I'm overall delighted with the SW way of eating. Not a day has gone by in 5 years where I haven't had a good feeling about being in control of my weight.:D

We'll be going to the pub tomorrow to watch my team playing MUFC. It'll probably be a humiliation live on TV so lots of wine syns will be consumed along with pub food. To add insult to injury it looks like the arrogant one wants to sign our team captain.

    Hey,

Sorry I went awol! Lots of things were getting to me and last week I just hit rock bottom and I needed a break from lots of things including SW!

Anyway I'm back now feeling more like myself!

No idea where we are with the chart but I'm up 2 please Shala from the last time I was here.

The damage could have been much worse.

Off to get my hair done on Saturday and then out for lunch and a few drinks with a friend which I'm looking forward too.

Off to look for a new top tonight to wear.

Hope you are well, will sit down for a proper catch up soon.

Its good to be back and in the right frame of mind!

Wow! New Look 5lb is absolutely amazing. Well done. Wish I could emulate that but not very likely as I rarely lose more than 0.5lb!

Haven't even managed that this week or last - STS again today. Consultant has suggested SAS log so will give it a go. I really want to lose what I put on whilst on holiday to get back into target - I'm only lb over but haven't been able to shift it yet!

    Today's plan:

B - (after WI) - taster morning at group - no idea how many syns as it's lots of bits & pieces but have counted 8 as I know one thing I had was quite high syn (why do people bring high syn food when it's supposed to be Free or low syn but it always happens)
L - LO spicy carrot soup
D - corned beef hash - 4 syns - one of DHs favourite meals.

    HEA - milk
HEB - 1 slice WM - 0.5; HiFi choc macaroon 0.5 (really like these ones - I don't usually buy HiFi bars but tried these this morning; think they might be the best ones I've tasted
