Did wonder what I'd wandered into, but once past the waffle I found the recipe :rotfl:Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Hi everyone. I've STS today -again! blooming fed up!
So busy at the moment with the school hols and cricket in full swing that I know I'm not measuring my HE's and having a few too many syns here and there. I do kid myself that I'm on plan though and that's why I'm fed up. Once the madness ends I'll get back to it properly.
Egg, sw chips and pickles for tea one of my favourites so really looking forwards to that mmmmmmm.0 -

Mine too! I really enjoyed it on Monday. I think I made the best SW chips I've ever done, hope I can repeat it.0 -
-5lb lost!
Biggest ever loss for me, tracked everything for the last 2 weeks. Suspect some of that would have been last week but I was ill and put 1/2lb on0 -
Oh my, what a beautiful day! Of course, my grandchildren went back to school today!
Mrs_R, commiserations re sinusitis. My DH used to suffer badly with that – even whipped into hospital once because they thought it was meningitis! Hasn’t affected him for many years, touch wood (hairy wood’s the best, lol), I’m happy to say. Well done on losing weight.
New me, that’s an amazing loss!

Good evening
Lovely lazy morning with the three Tops as bloke was on a late shift. Then this afternoon, Top Boy and I did an hour in the garden, bathed Top Dog then I washed the floors whilst Top Boy did the dog walking. More body magic than some Olympians todayBacon, egg and mushroom toastie (HEXB)
D) Tuna sweetcorn jacket potato (2 for extra light mayo), mixed peppers, red onion and an apple
T) Leftover SW lasagne
A well earned glass of wine before bed tonight (10)
I have a bone to pick with SW. They 'recommend' you serve their lasagne recipe with a large mixed salad, but by my reckoning it's almost half speed anyway?
Speed
400g chopped tomatoes
500g passata
1 red pepper
1 courgette
1 onion
4 garlic cloves
Free
500g extra lean mince
500g fat free natural yoghurt
2 eggs
12 lasagne sheets (I only use 10, my dish is on the wee side)
160g reduced fat cheese = HEXA x 4
I make that almost half speed without the salad and thought you didn't count HEXA as free?
Anyway, long story short, I'm not bothering with salad tonight either. Sick of it :cool:0 -
Hiya
I love reading the chubby Cubs blog, they're very funny. I find you need to watch the recipes as they bend the rules of SW sometimes.
Has anyone tried the After Eight flavour Muller light? It's lovely  It would be great frozen if you like very cold things.
Talking about cold, it's gone very chilly here today, it's been cloudy all day and we've had a few drops of rain. We decided it was a soup kind of day so I made a pot of HM minestrone and we've just eaten it with a Heb wm roll. That's increased my Speed count for today as the soup contains onions, tomatoes, green beans and carrots and I've already had pear, nectarine, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and an orange. I wonder if you can count the same thing twice...?
I bought some duck breasts that had been yellow stickered but I've never cooked them before and can't decide what to do with them. Anyone got any favourite recipes?
greentiger - typical weather for going back to school!
NewMe - well done, that's a great weightloss. :T
Hope everyone's okay, back tomorrow.
LLStart BMI - 38.7 Current BMI - 31.2 Target BMI - 26.30 -
LL - if you use the online food diary you can add the same thing twice, ie lunch & dinner using onions and it'll count it twice! Kinda cheating though I think.
