    Good Morning

All I am hearing is bad reports about that sweet and sour its yuk.
Don't blame you ringing and getting your money back,

I was looking on our Facebook page yesterday and someone had posted that they thought it was yummy! So obviously some do like it. I've only had a couple of the SW frozen meals and wasn't impressed so haven't bothered since!

Well done to our joint SOTW.

Planning a Red day today - hope I've got it right as haven't done one for years!

    B - scrambled eggs on toast (HEB1)
    L - HM carrot & coriander soup
D - HM moussaka (HEA1/HEB2 for sauce); using up the last of the roast lamb (the meat around the bone which didn't cook so I've minced it and will be using that)

HEA2 will be milk in teas.

Haven't planned any syns but may have some Ryvita & butter this evening.

    Morning all,

another sketchy weekend. completed lost my mojo yet again :(

Gained 1lb last week Shala, sorry thought I'd reported in. Looks like the same again this week. I've sought intervention for my toilet woes now so hopefully get things moving asap

    today:
melon, strawberries and grapes with free strawberry yogurt to start the day
small ham salad with hard boiled egg and a mullerlight for lunch
mid afternoon its a chocolate jumbo snackajack
tea will be the asda reduced fat pork sausages (2 for 0.5 syn) with more salad

    ETA:

syns these work out as: 1 for a rich tea finger, 3 for the snackajack and 0 for the mulerlight (passionfruit, orange and lime)

A loss is a loss greentiger.:T You've certainly jumped back on that horse since your holiday.:)

I've never bothered to try any of the SW ready meals from Iceland. I'm happy with the sausages and burgers I get from Sainsbury's and I'm fortunate in that I usually have the time to cook from scratch or batch cook a few HM ready meals.

Your consultant is right that you should try to stop stressing mrsp. It took me weeks to lose the last few pounds to target and then on the day (18th August 2011:D) I had a big loss and went below! You'll get there.:)

I so enjoyed the little portion of LO chilli with a JP that I'm going to make a veggie one just for me to have as an alternative at lunchtimes. My normal chilli is so full of Speed (tomatoes, onions, pepper, mushrooms, courgettes) I probably won't even notice there's no meat. I'm also obsessed with cottage cheese and a dollop of that on top is fantastic, like a sour cream substitute.

I've had my SW breakfast (HEB Puffed Wheat with HEA milk) but lunch will be off plan. I aim to enjoy it then get back on that horse tomorrow.;)

Not seen lantanna or beg for a bit. Hope you're both OK.:) I expect the thread will get back to more normal when the holidays are over and we all start looking towards Christmas!

    Morning! (Just about :D )

Been up and about early today, wash on, dog walked, supermarket done and put away and wash out and washed up.

Off to a farm with my friend and our kids so hopefully then weather will stay nice.

    B) Poached eggs and mushrooms on HEXB toast with 2 x laughing cow cubes (1?)

    D) Ham, egg, new potato and cottage cheese salad packed for a picnic, with a diet coke and an apple.

    T) SW lasagne including HEXA cheese. I've never put courgette in a lasagne before.

I've a wee bowl of fish stew to fit in at some stage, but Top Bloke working until 11 so I might have that post farm and just a small piece of lasagne with him once he's in.

BM already done with dog walk and supermarket, so any farm calories burned are a bonus.

Keeping up my 2 litres of water per day, I can only drink it cold so have 2 x 1 litre bottles in the fridge. I often have 3 to be honest, especially if I'm working as we have a water cooler there too.

Hope you're all enjoying whatever you're doing.

    Thanks for the welcomes everyone!

Maman re: the low syns - I did end up having a 3 syn bag of popcorn taking me to just over 5 for the day but I'm planning on having proper fajitas on Friday night for dinner as a treat and I know it will take me over my daily limit so trying to keep the rest of the week pretty low so I'm within the weekly limit.

Today I'm back at work for the first time in over a week and being that it's Tuesday, it's pub day. Having my usual steak and mushroom salad for 4 syns (which accounts for the oil they cook the mushrooms in, plus the dressing on the salad). Really can't wait!

B - FF Yogurt, 2 clementines, benefit light bar (1/2 HEB)
L - Steak and Mushroom salad (4 syns)
D - Aubergine and Feta stack (Aubergine, onion, chopped tomatoes, spinach, HEA of Feta), mixed salad
S - Benefit Light bar (1/2 HEB), banana

Missed the gym last night so going tonight instead. It's ok though as I remembered Week 1 is only 4 days which means I can go straight after work (no excuses!). Hope everyone's having a good day!

Congrats to wiz and emmylou for SOTW :T

Sorry I haven't been around much but have had a busy week with trying to get stuff ready for going back to work on Monday. I can't believe that is 8 weeks over already - I demand a recount as 8 weeks seems so much longer when I am at work :rotfl:

Anyway WI for me tonight but not expecting a loss - will be happy with a STS as I have been away for a day and then had a family BBQ at the weekend, plus many many wine syns on Sunday evening/night watching the cycling and tennis. I needed it for my stress levels lol !!!

Back on plan tomorrow as hubby bought a beef and red wine pie that he wants us to have tonight as I don't need to worry once I have had my weight in apparently and start afresh on a Wednesday - not sure SW would agree:D

well done to all the losers and I will try posting more regularly as I do feel it keeps me on track.

just had my heb as realised I'd not plumbed that it - 35g urban fruit mango (40g is a heb but I got these bags premeasured). also had 2 syns light mayo on my lunch so currently at 6syns plus whatever I have with/after tea
only had a dash of milk so far too so allowing 150ml semi skimmed (over estimating the dash to be on the safe side) to be the rest of my hea. thinking I may have this in a hot chocolate (2 syns) or mocha (1syn) after the people buying our old sofa have picked it up :)

at a work event first thing tomorrow in a caf! - won't buy anything though as it's not one I like! will take a 1 syn mocha and 2 hifi light in the car for before I go in (heb) then it's a chocka day so will have sw sweetcorn chowder for lunch quickly between meetings and will also pack a small ham salad again like today for when I have a bit more time late afternoon :)

think I will make the 1syn nutella(/there are other chocolate nut spreads available) business for taster night on Thursday (1 syn each of a full batch as a heb plus 4 syn)
