    Hi All,

Am at work, just eat my lunch.

Yesterday was really naughty and took the girls to Hungry Horse as hubby was working and I didn't want to cook.

I had a mixed grill and even a little bit of there Candymania that they had between them.

I need to be extra extra good this week for WI on Saturday - I just need 1.5lbs for my 6st award!

Hope everyone has a good week if I don't post before Saturday x

    Welcome to all the newbies:wave::wave::wave:

Maman - as you're having a Green day you don't need to stick to just a very small piece of ham as you can have 90g as your 2nd HEB. Might as well make it worth having, a small slice is positively not enough:D.

Thanks denise. I just checked before posting and my old book said 85g so 90g even better.

Good luck with the reining in abbafan. I'm sure you'd love to get that award on Saturday.

Just occurred to me that the amount of reining in that goes on here we could enter the Olympic equestrian team!:D:rotfl:

My book is the last one issued but it only contains the HEAs and HEBs for Green and Red days but not syns. Wish I could find my first book which had syn values for all plans:)

Have to agree about the amount of reining in that happens - think we'd probably win the Gold:rotfl:

    Afternoon lovelies.

A fabulous quiet day with Top Boy today - he got back from his dad's this morning and we watched a film together and caught up on the sky plussing, then took Top Dog for a long walk, bought him pizza and chips for tea from the local Asda and I stole five chips. Counted them as one syn?

    B) Bacon and mushroom sandwich

    D) Cajun fish stew, I was correct in thinking that Top Bloke wouldn't be a fan, but I love it so will happily eat it three days running :rotfl:

    T) Savoury mince and vegetables

    HEXA milk in tea.

Looking forward to a lazy night with the soaps, how boring am I? Arranged to work on Friday and actually quite looking forward to that too, I'm not back properly until 7th September, but can make up flexi time during the holidays for a day off in term time as I don't get bookable leave and things sometimes come up.

Welcome to the newcomers! Congrats on the nomination Emmy and fingers crossed for your shiny Abba - well done! :D

Saturday ended up wayyyy off plan due to a big fight with the DH. Comfort eating will always be my downfall. But it's sorted and back on it, and a cheeky peek at the scales shows not too much damage done. Aiming for a maintain this week, although have two meals out.

    Today...
Breakfast - On the run so afraid it was just Alpen Light, coffee and banana with no speed (A/B)
Lunch - Jacket and beans, big side salad
Dinner - Veggie chilli packed with speed, served with rice and spinach
Syns - Crisps and chocolate (9.5 total)

Technically a green day but never have my second A and not sure I fancy my second B today either. So may just call it EE.
