0.5lb gain this week. Could be because I didn't wear a dress to WI like I usually do.
So since the 11 July I've lost 1.5lbs and I'm now 2.5lbs away from goal. Very slow progress and very frustrating. Had a good chat during image therapy and listened to the others talk too. My plan of action for the following week is as follows:
Limit my Diet Coke intake to 1 can per day - I've bought 8 and even labelled them. One for each day of the week, plus 1 extra
Oh and drink more NAS squash
Limit my syns to 6 per day - this was suggested by my consultant
I'm not going to weigh myself - I know we shouldn't do this and recently it's gotten pretty obsessive. So they're tucked away in a cupboard and won't be coming out!
I'm going to be more active - I had the last 12 days off work and pretty much all I've done is watch the Olympics. Literally, just watching the Olympics for hours and hours on end
Have a positive mental attitude and not worry/stress about these 2.5lbs. It's just another week
  • Wow impressive loss on your challenge table and what a lovely friendly thread...

Had a fab day on plan today after a double shift hubby had made a pork chop dinner with loads of veg so tea changed for the better and speed massively improved, going to have a hifi with a cuppa and an early night I think.. Ending syns on 12/20, night all and thanks for all the welcomes x

Thanks for the chart Shala and well done to the joint SOTWs :T

I'm convinced I posted my result this morning but I've just gone back through the thread and can't find it. Anyway, I'm happy to leave a blank on the chart and I WILL be posting a loss next week.

Business is still really busy so I'm not finding time to keep up to date with the thread properly but having skimmed through posts searching for mine I did notice some new people  Welcome to the thread, when life returns to normal (in just over 2 weeks, not that I'm counting) I will be more active. Ask any questions and join in the chat, there are plenty of people who can help.

    Back soon,

    LL :)
