Thank you for the recipe Top Girl. Will copy and paste that into my online recipes. However, you over synned by quite a bit (just looked up the pastes online for you). The garlic paste is only 1 syn per Tbsp and the ginger paste even less that 1/2 syn per Tbsp. Cornflour is 1 syn per Tbsp so only 2 1/2 syns for the whole thing, If you only had 1/3 of it then your portion would only be 1 syn:T.

Fabulous joedenise, thank you!
I am not a member and always oversyn rather than under, I self-sabotage enough with wine and crisps without generous maths pegging me back too :rotfl:
Hope you enjoy it, it's the Itsu recipe but with vegetable oil swapped out for a bit of frylight for my frying. Let me know how you find it please, we like spicy, but I'd hate to make it for guests and blow them away!0 -

Yesterday was Mum's birthday so I wrote it off. Still had loads of speed, HE's. But I had a third of a bottle of red wine, 3 inch slice of flapjack and a slice of chocolate mud cake - covered in ganache and topped with meringue swirls covered in chocolate, which I thought it was buttercream.
So, today was SP.
Breakfast HEA skimmed milk with HEB (1) 2 Weetabix
Lunch chicken salad
Afternoon break - plums, satsuma, sf jelly (0.5 syn)
Dinner - turkey rashers, curly kale, mushrooms, courgette, cherry tomatoes, butter beans
HEB (2) 2x Alpen Light bars with apricots, raspberries with quark sweetened with sweetener.
Other syns 5.5 for kit kat. As needed chocolate as still star week for me.
