I'd probably go with the recommended servings of five a day for doubling up on a fruit or vegetable in separate meals? If you have 2, count it as separate. If you have 1 over two meals, count it as one?

    Evening all
Pleased to report I'm feeling much better. Been stuck indoors all day waiting for a parcel- ironically some winter boots! :D Worth the wait though- they're fab. I cleared out the bottom of my wardrobe earlier, that was my body magic! I found some undies from when I was at my smallest and I looked at them in shock like how on earth did I ever get in them :rotfl: despite the fact they're only a size smaller than the ones I'm wearing now (which are two sizes smaller than the size I actually am but they fit amazingly well)
    Today's menu:
B: 4 x Ryvita (HEXB +2) chargrilled chicken chunks and hot smoked salmon flakes (1 syn) with 1/2 HEXA Laughing Cow x 2 and 2 cups of decaff coffee with other 1/2 HEXA milk
L: Quorn lamb grills with a big mixed salad, pint of NAS squash with ice
T: SW ready meal, carrots, cauli, broccoli. WW caramel crunch dessert (9 syns)
    S: 2 mandarins if I'm still hungry
    Syns: 12
Really hope I can get that 1lb off this week!!! Someone on my uni page on Facebook was saying they're already buying stuff for their graduation :rotfl: they're at the same stage as me- just about to start their final year. I was like- oh my life I've got 2.5 stone to lose yet before I think about that   I get my GCSE Maths result next week so this time next week I will be wanting to eat everything in sight :rotfl:

    Mine too!
    It's such a shame that grapes aren't Speed. :(;)

Having soup with loads of veg is a great way of upping the Speed lois .

Glad you're feeling better MrsR.Hopefully you'll be back in those undies very soon.

I got some Body Magic in this afternoon. I spent about two hours tidying the garden just as an excuse to stay in the sun. I think rain's on the way tonight. :(

ETA: sorry, just realised I haven't congratulated New me on that amazing loss. Wow!:T
