Last night for my tea I had the Slimming World sweet and sour chicken it was _pale_
I haven't seen/heard a single good review for the sweet an sour yet! I want to try the Sweetcorn chowder but whenever I go in to Iceland they don't have it!
sketchy weekend; some 'bad'/off plan food and not really enough food in general which makes a change for me. I think I'm looking at a STS or small gain this week just down to bloat - I always bloat and hold a lot of water if I don't eat or drink enough.
better yesterday though I missed lunch due to a dress fitting and much better today
breakfast: mullerlight and a cup of tea
mid morning: cuppa and 2 chocolate fingers (3)
lunch: free cupshotz plus melon, strawberries and grapes
mid afternoon: 2 chocolate fingers (3)
tea: spag bol - allowing 4 for the sauce. I will have a small salad with mine - lettuce, cucumber, beetroot, tomatoes (I always figure I'd eat salad with lasagne so why not with spag bolgets me some weird looks sometimes haha)
had my dress fitting yesterday which was nice, the dress needed taking in more than they expected. I haven't lost the 2 stone I wanted to, I'm barely over having lost one stone but I weigh less than when I bought it so I'm taking that as a win. next fitting (final one to check it's all good to go) is 3rd sep so after that I'll have to maintain my weight just about for 3 weeksit's all very real now!
going to really focus these next few weeks/until the 3rd which gives me three weigh in after tomorrow to try and get it so that I've lost another 4-7lb. to do this my plan is:
breakfast: mullerlight with passionfruit or fruit and fibre (heb) with milk (from hea) plus melon and strawberries
lunch: salad with either chicken or prawns and egg (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, beetroot, pickled onion)
tea: sw version of whatever I'm making the others OR salad with chicken (we have loads of chicken which needs using) or steak
that along with plenty of walking, maybe a bit of zumba, etc should see me ok I think/hope. I'd like to have my 1.5 stone award under my belt really which is a loss of 2.5lb plus whatever I may gain this week. If I can get it then I'll be happy. still aiming, and on track, for target by Christmas************************************

-1/2LB for me this week
So slow but at least I am still losing.
Bacon medallions, LO new potatoes and mushrooms for lunch and a vegetable casserole for tonight (might add an 8syn dumpling if I want a bit of stodge)0 -
:T that's a fantastic loss rj and yours is not to be sniffed at either midge.
So sorry to hear about your troubles gfb. At least your weight is something you can control and good to have the wedding to look forward to.:)
Even better that you have a wedding to look forward to lush!! I'm sure you can get a few pounds more off before the final fitting and great news that you're lighter than when you chose it. Exciting!!
Sorry to hear you're a bit stressed lantanna.:)
That's a good target to aim for in September topgirl. Will you need to lose much to get into your work clothes?
I'm having an Aldi melon today too.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, scrambled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: lentil and veg soup, melonchicken stir fry (mushrooms, spring onions, peppers, courgette, sugar snaps, broccoli) with brown rice
Syns: honey in stir fry (2?) maybe some chocolate (3/)0 -

Hi everyone
1.5lb loss for me this week, so pleased to see a loss on the scales after last week's gain
I'm not a massive fan of sweet & sour so might give that particular SW meal a swerve. The sweetcorn chowder sounds nice though and looking forward to the curry sauce coming next month. I've not really been overexcited about any of the meals, I do like the pea & mint soup and the tikka sauce though
Hope you all have a good day, back with meal plans etc tomorrow

Hi all, you all seem to be doing so well!
+1.5lbs for me this week - that triple choc muffin has a lot to answer for! :eek:0 -
1/2lb gain this week
I've been pretty good but I'm coming down with something so that might have thrown me off. Lemsip and strepsils last 2 days for sore throat/sinus0 -

I think about a stone, going to start my sit ups again tomorrow though as it really is all stomach and face with me, I'm the only person I know with two stone to lose AND a thigh gap :rotfl:
The exercise bike can be dusted off too I think. I know my lifestyle is active enough to lose on SW without extra exercise, due to all the walking I do, but it'd be nice to mix it in with some cardio and get some insurance in place for my inevitable tumbles off the bandwagon!0 -

I switched my HEXA as I'd only used 1/4 of the milk, to fry some leftover new potatoes with my mushrooms and 30g reduced fat cheese and had those with my bacon sandwich, absolutely lush and tasted so bad for me
Had a couple of apples this afternoon to make up for the 'lack' of speed, although old SW advice was that if you're using your HEXA/HEXB, they don't count towards your 2/3 free food as they're 'extras', is this still the official party line does anyone know?0 -
